Got this as a joke for a friend
My friend got her knee replaced in Feb so me and my other friend joked she could get a bell to ring when she needed her husbands help or wanted a cup of tea, so we secretly got her this one and it's actually really good! It's quite loud so if you have a genuine business and needed to be able to hear the customers, this would do the trick!

This is not suitable as a reception bell. Half size you might expect and too quiet. Disappointed. I bought this so my elderly Dad could attract attention if heneeds help from a nearby room.

Product came rusty which is not what I was expecting. There are cheaper versions available so I was expecting significantly better quality

Lovely basic bell with charm
I use this on my kitchen counter and ding it when I want to call out for dinner or breakfast. My daughter enjoys the novelty of the bell call, and it looks cute on the counter. Happy I got it. No tarnish since I’ve had it or anything.
