These are shiny and yummy looking...my daughter thought they were real! I like that the top comes off and securely reattaches for "frosting", but they are safe for littles. They are the right size to go on toy tea set plates, a fancy nancy puppy party book and puppy plush for an Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Big Wow!

These are a thinner plastic, if the kids step on the cupcakes they would be easily dented. They love playing with them so I don't mind. They look cute and fun to play with.
