The media could not be loaded. This flour is totally worth it. We make pizza in our brick oven where the floor is 800 degrees and the dome is 1000 degrees, this flour is rated for that heat. Bottom cooks without scorching. Really nice 00 flour to work with.

Stop using all purpose flour. If you make home made pizza this is the flour to use to make your dough. You pizzas will turn out better and you will taste the difference in the crust.

Makes the best Neapolitan pizza dough
It’s the ONLY flour we use for our outdoor pizza oven! The Caputo Blue 00 flour makes the best Neapolitan pizzas and we wouldn’t even want to try another brand since we know how well this has worked for us. We also use the Caputo Lievito Secco dry yeast when making our pizza dough. Our pizzas have never tasted so good!
