I use this to aid pulling cables through, every tool bag should have one.

Strong magnet
Just what I needed when the rods wouldn't do. The magnet is strong and you'll never loose it but once you've unwound all the string you'll struggle to get it back on again tody so that it fits in the container that it comes with.
