We've had a lot of cheap solar lights over the years, mainly strings of lights that turn out to be rubbish and break as soon as there's any wind, so wanted something a bit more substantial. This is a really nice looking light and more importantly a lot more substantial and sturdy.Assembly is dead easy, and once positioned in a spot that gets some sunlight you are away. The light lasts for ages (I can't say exactly how long but it's way past my bedtime!). It's not going to illuminate your garden like a floodlight obviously as it's more of a feature light but as you can hopefully see from the photo it's actually fairly bright and does provide a bit of illumination if you are outside near it.

Very good quality materials (the Sun is lightweight metal) and doesn't look 'tacky' in daylight. Casts a beautiful warm glow for hours once the sun has gone down .

Love this solar light. it is so decorative that it looks great in daylight. At nightime, when it lights up, it gives a beautiful warm glow. Delighted with it!

Delivered quick. Bought as a gift & recipients loved it. Not put out in garden yet but worked well when tested.

I am frequently baffled by the reviews I see on here and this light is no exception. I placed in quite a shaded area as that is the space I wanted to fill on a wall and also best viewpoint from my house. I installed which was as easy as can be and thought I may or may not get a good light. It came on that evening and lasted well past by bed time ! Not sure why you would want it illuminate all through the night but I suppose that will be become more important on the longer darker nights as it is Summer ish here right now in the UK.To sum up currently think it was a great buy not withstanding how long it will perform

Just looks lovely in the garden, well made, doesn't give off a lot of light as it more an ornamental light

A pretty design, but never lived up to expectations with the brightness despite being in sunlight all day. Has now stopped working after 12 months or so.

Ich hab im Prinzip meinen ganzen Garten mit Solarlichtern bestückt, die wie Fackeln aussehen und auch wirklich so aussehen, als würden sie brennen. Allerdings fehlte mir für den Eingangsbereich irgendwie ein Highlight.Diese Sonne ist wirklich wunderschön und begrüßt nun die Gäste, die wir aktuell aufgrund von Corona sowieso nicht mehr haben, und uns selber abends beim Heimkommen. Die Verarbeitung ist top, sieht insgesamt hochwertig aus.Der Akku ist bereits vorgeladen, so kann man sie direkt am ersten Abend ausprobieren (oder sogar schon tagsüber, wenn man den Helligkeitssensor kurz zuhält). Das warmweiße Licht ist sehr schön und beleuchtet die Sonnen aus ihrer Mitte heraus. Kleiner Fun Fact am Rand: Es sieht aus wie der "Strahlenkranz der Sonne" und der Fachbegriff dafür lautet "Korona" ;)In der dunklen Jahreszeit jetzt leuchtet sie abends nicht so lange, aber sie leuchtet immerhin! Das kenne ich aber von den Solarfackeln, sie laden sich tagsüber auf und leuchten abends dann 2-3 Stunden im Durchschnitt - im Sommer laden sie sich auf, daß sie nachts durchaus 5-7 Stunden schaffen.Es sieht jedenfalls wunderschön aus und ich kann die Lampe nur empfehlen!
