I’ve known about these for forearm and general arm workouts but had not invested in or tried them. Recently saw a Jay Cutlet video promoting these or a product like it.They definitely activate different portions of the muscle. I have noticed more activation in my forearms, improvement to my grip strength, as well as bicep activation. They can be used for lifts outside of arm sets. So far I have found them great for:Bench pressing (flat and incline)DeadliftsCurling and tricep extensions (cable machine)I will say that my gym partner and I go a bit lighter weight wise on sets when using these vs when not to be safe.Overall I highly recommend. Amazing way to mix things up.

These are cool but my hands got so use to gripping a dumbbell, that these feel awkward. I use them sometimes for curls but that’s about it. Great product, good value, just not an everyday use for me.

The roughly 2.5" diameter spherical shape got me curious as to how the grip balls would feel in my hands. I could immediately imagine, though, how the ball shape would enable you to make many slight but effective adjustments to the angle & hand-positioning for both different lifts/motions (push vs. pull movements, etc.), as well as different bars & cable attachments. I am impressed with the quality of the product (dig the bright yellow - harder to lose/leave behind in the gym), & the fact that it is sold by a small company appealed to me as well. I think Core Prodigy has produced a useful, well-made gym accessory for quite a reasonable price. I'll be a repeat customer, since I plan to order a set of the 2" dumbbell/barbell grips next - also in yellow!

Got the 1.75" grips for heavy dumbbell work. The knurled portion of my CAP dumbbell handles measure 4 1/2 inches exactly, so I planned to trim these 4 5/8 inch grips with a saw and miter box when they arrived.However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit the CAP dumbbell grips right out of the box (very snug fit). The extra 1/8 inch wasn't a problem. I don't know if all CAP dumbbell sets have the same handles or not, so for reference I included a picture of the dumbbell storage box for the set I have.These DEFINITELY increase the load on your gripping muscles. While I still include separate timed static contraction wrist and pinch grip work in my routine (see Drew Baye's fantastic Project Kratos or Time Static Contraction training e-books), heavy deadlifts/shrugs with these grips provide all the crush grip work needed.Hope you find this review helpful.

Perfect addition to my workout routine

I should have looked at the review pictures before buying. It doesn't cover the entire diameter. Plan on keeping only to use on lighter weight. Hope it helps with pain in palm of hand. Fyi, I wear xl gloves and ordered the 1.75 model.

They have an odor, perhaps it may dissipate with use. Well made and certainly as advised.

Gute Abwechslung, aber keine Game Changer wir die bekannten Fat Gr. Produkte. Verarbeitung sauber, Material wirkt gut aber nicht hochwertig. Preis im Vergleich zu Fat Gr. etwas zu hoch. Dennoch eine Kaufempfehlung.

Cumplen su función, bastante confortables y y resistentes, el único detalle es que se mueven mucho con el peso y movimiento a pasar de que los uso en un aparato que es exactamente el grueso recomendado…

They could have been a tiny bit smaller to fit my hand better but either thsn that they are amazing.. i would recommend to everyone.
