Are these towels thin? Yes. But if that's what you're looking for, then these are perfect. I can't explain why, but I don't like a thick or fluffy towel in the kitchen. So naturally, no, they're not going to be super absorbent, but will still their job. The colors are vibrant, and remain so after washing. They feel well made, like they could take some abuse. And the little hanging loop in the corner is convenient. I would purchase again!

I thought they would be thicker than they were but I still like them. They're cotton, not Terry cloth and that's my bad for not reading the entire description. I'm keeping them because they're very pretty and if nothing else I'll use them as decorative.

I love cotton towels and look for black and white to compliment my kitchen. I ordered two sets of these so I could have matching pairs to use. I am not thrilled with them. They are thinner than I would like and not very absorbent. I have washed them multiple times and have not seen any improvement. The patterns are nice and they are a good size, but I will not be getting them again.

I've passed over MANY MANY more expensive towels at other retail outlets....so I bought these expecting less....BUT THESE ARE WELL DONE.I wash in COLD & DRY on the ULTRA low....& have had zero shrinkage.They've maintained size, shape & COLOR....which for black & white is a LOT. No color bleeding or fading but NOTE: WASHED IN COLD.

Love the look and color but thin and not very absorbent

As expected! My last set lasted forever! One thing you need to know is that the longer you use them and more you wash them, the softer and more absorbent they become. As they age, the better they become.

I really wanted some nice cotton kitchen dishtowels and so gifted myself. If my husband hadn't kindly washed them before I saw them, I'd have returned them (I like to wash things before I use them.) These were very disappointing and unfortunately, I bought 2 packs because I wanted the kind that could be hung on a hook. Sadly, they're now the thinnest, wrinkliest, cheapest appearing ones in my drawer. They won't last a year.

They look cute. But the fabric is much too thin to actually work in the kitchen.

I like the color yellow so these worked for me! I wasn’t having good luck finding yellow while in person shipping. These are standard size for dish towels and absorb well. Shipped and delivered quickly, I would definitely buy again in the future.
