I bought this product as I've been having back pains due to the way I sit at my desk all day. It arrived in just a few days after ordering and was packaged well.The back stretcher comes in a nice soft but strong bag that I've used to carry around and especially to the gym. I found it simple to use and the manual and online tutorial helped me learn about which stretches to do.The massage ball also comes in handy and I haven't seen others with this added feature which also persuaded me to buy this product. It helps to ease out my muscle tension. I also used it on my partner who is pregnant with lower back muscle pains and was helpful in massaging away her muscle tension too.I really like this product and if you have back pains too then don't hesitate to buy. It's worth every penny.

I use this most days and feel that it does help stretch my back. Due to my job I spend most of my day hunched and suffer with neck and back pain. I only use this on the lowest bar as anything higher causes pain, the ball is also good for plantar fasciitis. It also has a handy bag, good for taking on holiday

This item is very sturdy and actually quite comfortable once you get used to it. I use it once or twice a day for 5 mins at a time and after the first use my back felt a lot easier. After second use the pain in my hip and leg eased off considerably as well. Item was well packed and very quick delivery. I can thoroughly recommend it. It’s very reasonably priced and is very good value for money. You also get instructions on how to use it.

Purchased to ease some back pain I have.First level feels amazing to lay on. 15 minutes here for a couple of weeks, and there really does make the spine feel like you're not slouching as much.Turned it to the 2nd rung after about 2 weeks... Bit painful but not too bad. Kept reverting back to the first every now and again.Wouldn't even bother with the 3rd rung unless you're the hunchback of notre dam. That is blooming painful. Kind of like standing on a lego, but on a bigger scale, and in your kidneys instead of your foot.Great value for money overall.

Ordered after having some back pain over the past few weeksWasn’t sure if this would be of help but the user manual was clear. Showed me how to set it up and how to use. The video was also very helpful.Back is feeling a little better already. Bag was a good touch aswell. I would say worth the money spent.

Wasn’t really expecting to get the results I’ve had within a week of using but I have to say this has worked for me brilliantly, I had lower back pain for weeks, started using this back stretcher on the lowest setting and have seen huge improvements. I’ve moved up to the second setting and feel this is the one I will always use, I just use it for 5 minutes a day which is enough for me, my wife has also started to use this to improve her posture.

It's solid, effective, good value and is helping me with my back problem.

Bought this in January 2021 and struggled at level one for a couple of weeks until it became comfortable, pain relief was significant. Moved up to level 2 and remained there for for 7 months until last week. I'm 82 years old so I didn't think I'd ever move on. Now on level 3 for the past two weeks and finding the back stretching is very helpful in relieving my lower back discomfort. Use it once or twice daily for 5 minutes. Incidentally, I also use it as a back support when in my armchair watching TV. Highly recommend it,
