What are y'all talking about??? These reviews gotta be bogis cause these are NO WHERE near softness of TRUE Luxury Turkish Cotton. Like seriously. NO WHERE NEAR. These are same quality as the Claissic collection amd same quality as any towel at Walmart. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! WILL BE RETURNING. !!!

When I first got these, we washed/dried them 6x. After each load, the dryer vent would be absolutely covered with towel fuzz. Once we got to the 6th wash, it seems to settle down a bit. However, after using them for the shower and the tub, I'm seeing a nice sheen of purple (the color I chose) all over everything. Expect to clean out your bathroom vent a little more often as that thing had turned purple as well. Heck, even my hair dryer had gotten stopped up enough that it feels like a brand new one now that I've cleaned it out.These are great towels and don't just smear the water around on you like many of the Target/Walmart ones. Even though it sheds like a Husky, it's still the best towel I have in the house and I will continue to happily use it!

This SALBAKOS product is the poorest quality product you will ever experience. They have frayed and unraveled after the first time they were washed. After I received them I removed them from their packaging and washed and dried them. When I removed them from the dryer I found that they had frayed and come unraveled along the hems. I expected much better from SALBAKOS. Click on pictures to see defects.

These are my review Criteria when I buy something: 1. Was it as advertised: yes it is exactly as I was led to believe from the description. Even the color is very close tot he picture. 2. Value for price: These are not what I would consider cheap towels, they are priced right for what they are. A very soft thick towel. 3. Quality: I believe this product will hold up, I won't know for a few washes but the stitching and weaving seem of high quality 4. How was the Process: As with most Amazon purchases it was flawless, arrived on time and in good condition. 5. Would you purchase again and or Recommend to someone else?: The answer is absolutely to both.

These towels are more absorbent than the ones I have from Lands End. Also, I recently switched from using fabric softener to distilled white vinegar in the final rinse. I have discovered that the dsw makes them much more absorbent, just as soft, less statistic, and whiter when using bleach. Bleach has the tendency of turning whites yellowish over time, but the dsw seems to prevent that from happening. Vinegar also clears away softener buildup. It takes two or three washes to accomplish this, but once the fabric softener has been cleansed away, the absorbancy of the towels becomes astoundingly noticeable even on older towels.

I normally don't care for towel quality, I'm usually ok with walmart towels. That being said, I decided I wanted better. I researched and read reviews all over amazon and the internet and finally pulled the trigger on Salbakos. I was expecting something fancy and plush but from some reviews I kept my expectations in check.Out of package the towels had a chemical smell on it and felt rough, they needed their first wash.After the wash the towels were much softer and did not produce as much lint as people have mentioned. I have used some very comfortable towels in high end hotels before and I was hoping to have that quality matched, they are soft and have a nice weight to them but probably comparable to other towels.After the first wash I noticed one of the towels had 4 threads pulled, I checked the other pieces but they were ok. I used a scissor to cut them and am hoping it doesnt damagae any further.Keep your expectations in check with these towels, they are very good but nothing special.**Update**The towels have nice weight to them and they are slightly larger than average, they dry at a respectable rate. Despite my review I am enjoying these towels, came back to bump my review up one star after spending more time with them.

These are pretty much the worst towels I've ever bought. They faded and began to unravel after the first wash, before they were even used. They weigh about 660 grams psm, as advertised. But that's not a "luxury" weight towel. It's a thin and paltry sort of a towel. These are going back to Amazon as soon as I get them packed up. Funny, I was going to buy 3 sets of 6 towels. But there was only one set in stock, so that's what I bought, thinking it was a good idea to try them out before fully committing. Lucky me: less to ship back. Instead, I'll go back to my old Amazon Pinzon turkish towels that I've had for about 12 years until I find something worthy to replace them.

I should of known better! Like the saying says you get what you pay for! These towels are below average towels. They are not very soft, and they are not plush. And if that's what they say is Turkish Cotton buyer beware! You can go to Walmart and probably get better!

Don't waste your money! I could tell before I even took them out of the package that they were garbage. It cost me $40 to send them back and that was not refunded as promised. These towels and the company are garbage!

Towels are good size & wash up nicely.
