I really wanted this smartwatch to work. And it ...
I really wanted this smartwatch to work. And it did for about 4 weeks, then the sensor would not maintain contact with my skin. I tried everything to get it to work, but finally returned it for a full refund. I think the technology has potential and will probably buy another Gobe when version 2.0 comes out. I feel they still need to work out a few bugs.

It's a great idea, but the technology is simply not capable ...
This device simply does not work. I fast for various periods of time every single day and no matter what was happening this device seemed to want to report the opposite. If I would fast 20 hours, around noon 300 calories would pop up. I would say, I didn't eat, but at the end of that period it still showed that I ate something when nothing but water went in my mouth. On days when I ate about 2000 calories, it would only catch about half of them despite me hitting the button to report a meal. It's a great idea, but the technology is simply not capable of this at this time.

Healbe not for me
The healbe did not work for me. I felt that the two covers you provided would be lost soon as they did not stay put on the back of the Healbe. When I tried to charge it, it wouldn't work. The button did nothing. I had to send it back.

Arrived Inoperable, Cheap Materials
Tracker arrived, I charged it up, and it would never turn on. I am an electronics geek so this is not due to a user error. The tracker is made of cheap material. I am returning, and am not sure if I will try another GoBe. I may just wait for Apple to add the calorie and blood pressure features to their watch.

I had to contact the Healbe Service many times to assist in getting it to work correctly. They are replacing the one I bought as it would not charge fully, allow me to note hydration status, or recognize it was placed correctly on my arm. It did work for about 3 days. Really like the idea of this, but mine did not work correctly from the outset.

I don't trust it - Battery contacts deteriorate and injure people
I really wanted to like this product...imagine if it really could keep track of how many calories you consumed versus how many you burned. However, it doesn't do this. Yes, it is a first generation product, however, I would expect that it would be improved but it should at the very least work. Main problems: 1) hit and miss whether it will actually sync up using blue tooth to phone ap. Sometimes it does...sometimes it doesn't. You have to turn your phone on and off..and honestly, I don't know what makes it work sometimes and other times it won't. Frustrating! The battery does not last long at all..Healbe promises 2 days..ha! I have yet to get through one 24 hour period without having to recharge it. The way it is designed makes it nearly impossible to charge. It is a true miracle if you will ever see the blue charging message scrolling when you try to get it to charge, they MUST have known this was happenING but did nothing to fix it. They will send out cheap plastic rings that they want people to attempt to at r Ave but they fall off and the battery Co tacos end up on the person's skin and causes burns from the battery. Also, I have used Polar heart rate monitors for years and trust them. When I wear both the chest strap for Polar and use the HealBe heart rate monitor function there is a huge difference. The Healbe will say 100 hr and the Polar using the chest strap will register 142. I know they use "flow technology" and "algorhthms" blah blah blah...but in the end it is MATH. If their calculations are based on an inaccurate heart rate than it is just logical that the calculations will be wrong since they are using inccorect data. Bottom Line: I don't trust this product to do what it promises. Update: The attached photo shows how the poorly designed product, with battery contacts directly against the users skin, caused a burn or a hematoma which hurts like heck! They do not have any customer service..no phone number, no live chat, no replies to emails. Another poor business decision since customers are left without any options but to post their problegs with the product online like I am doing.
