Helps with upper back pain - feels like I'm sucking on diesel at last with this problem!
Fantastic mat - have it over the back of my office chair giving warm heat relief to a very troublesome upper back. So relaxing it feels like I'm relaxing in a warm bath. Great product - thoroughly recommend

Did not keep temperature / security seal broken
Disappointed. Security seal was broken on receiving the package. We tried the blanket and it did not keep temperature.

Nice and large
Good heating pad for large areas like back or upper leg. I wish the controls were a little better: you can set it to go off after 1 or 2 hours, but it doesn't really go completely off, and the control keeps blinking until you turn it off. Seems plenty warm to me.

Died @ 7months old, temperature settings not reliable.
Died @ 7months old, temperature settings not reliable, scalding hot on the lowest setting sometimes, and no more that mildly warm on the highest setting. Final straw switch it on to only get a letter F on the display and no heat at all. Won’t be repurchasing.

Rubbish not hot
It doesn't even get hot, just barely warm and only in the middle, better off using a hot water bottle this pad isnt hot atall. Complete waste of money
