It is exactly like the pump we put in our water feature 8 years ago. Hopefully this one last as long!

This is the second Atlantic pump I purchased... the first one ran every day (in the morning, then again in the evening) for about 7 years. The pump finally failed due to scoring inside the motor chamber.I can't really complain about that kind of reliability (well, I could, which is why I gave it four stars).Would I recommend the purchase? Well, I bought the exact same pump to replace the original.

While rated at less GPH than the TW4800 which is no longer made this pump is a great replacement. Our TW4800 ran almost 12 years nonstop so replacing with another Atlantic Gardens pump was an easy decision. The installation was easy with the fittings matching up perfectly. Hopefully this pump will be as reliable as the one it replaced.

We purchased this in January 2020 and it has worked great in the pond until just recently. It began working intermittently for a while and then not at all. We were very diligent about cleaning it out on a regular schedule. We saw on the listing that it has a 3 year warranty so we contacted Amazon about getting it fixed or replaced. They replied that we would have had to purchase their protection plan for them to replace it. We then reached out to Atlantic to see if they would honor the warranty. Not only were they prompt in their response (received a response email by 9:04 am after we sent a weekend email to them) but they quickly went through basic troubleshooting and then offered to replace the product. It was shipped the next day and should arrive today. What great customer service!

Atlantic water pumps are well made durable and very energy efficient

This is my second Atlantic pump. The first lasted over ten years. I run it 24/7 for 9 months a year. Perfect pumping capacity for my water fall feature. Easy install. If this one lasts 10 years I will be very happy and purchase another one.

Pump works great. However, there is not an adjustment for the amount of water flow.

I've used this pump in my pond for three years straight, 24 hours a day and I've never had a single problem with it. A surprise winter storm in Texas this year resulted in my power going out for nearly a week. My pond froze over for the week and I feared I would need a new pump, so I ordered a new one. Wrong. When the power came back on, the pump started working again like it always has. So now I have a spare, just in case. I doubt I will need it soon.

Installed three weeks, so far, so good. Absolutely silent when running. Nice flow rate for my pond waterfall. Hopefully it will last as long as my previous Pondmaster 5000 mag drive pump which cracked an impeller bearing after 10 years.

I'm a Koi farmer. I bought a new pump after the old one ran for seven years, continuously 24 hours per day. My pond is 16,000 gallons. Very nice pump.

Really puts out. Drawing water 4.5 ft height and 23 ft away. Pumps small debris and not a problem. Can be a little noisy so turn up the tunes and add more beer. 😎

Used for two weeks i am more pleased than with a previuos Laguna pump i have.
