Prestige Medical 5.5" StyleMate Utility Scissor, Unicorns Black

These are the perfect size. I took a picture holding them and they are not huge, but not to small either. They fit in my pocket organizer perfectly. I love the color since my nursing school uniform is all white. This lets me add some color to my attire. They are girly if you are that type of person. The colors are great quality, the print is nice on both sides (I read one review that they were only printed on one side). I cut with them to see what they would hold up too. I was able to cut through bubble wrap, plastic, cardboard, and bandaging. So they will do the job I need for them too. I would buy them again.

I bought these to go into my First Aid kit and they are good quality and great value. I actually bought a second one to go into a second kit.They are sturdy, well designed and comfortable to use.How I review:When I review a product said product automatically starts with four stars as I rarely will purchase anything below four stars. I then add and/subtract stars based on certain criteria as listed below.1. If an item is exactly what I expected and nothing more it will receive a four star rating2. If an item surpasses my expectations it will gain a star (5 Stars)3. If an item goes slightly below my expectations it will lose a star (3 Stars)4. If the instructions for the product (if needed) are poorly written (hard to understand due to language issues or grammar) or just too hard to follow it will lose a star no matter if the product meets or exceed my expectations5. If a product is significantly below my expectations I will deduct two stars6. It will be rare that I would give a product one star since I buy mostly items that have a 4+ rating but in rare instances there may be a good reason that even a four star product receives a one star rating from me. It could be because of customer service issues from the company but whatever the case is I will clearly explain my reason for giving a product only one star

If your a nurse like me and have been searching for the perfect pair of ✂️ that are small enough to comfortably fit in your scrub pockets and yet are strong and durable enough to tackle any job/treatment thrown your way look no further cause these are it! I can’t tell you how much time and money I’ve wasted in my search for the perfect pair of scissors. Always to be let down UNTIL I FOUND THESE!!! Let me tell you why I love these scissors:1). Their small size makes them the perfect and comfortable fit to keep in my scrub pockets ALL SHIFT!!! With all the other scissors I’ve tried they were too big to comfortably fit in my scrub pockets cause every time I’d bend over if either get stabbed in the gut or they would fall out, so I’d stop carrying them on me and would inevitably not have them when I needed them the most. But with these scissors only being about the size of the palm of my hand I can comfortably keep them in my pockets at ALL TIMES so as to HAVE THEM WHEN I NEED THEM.2) Despite their small size they are STRONG enough to tackle any job and DISABLE enough to last and last.3) They come in a variety of colors that are bright enough to easily track down if loaned out or left sitting somewhere.4) They cost so little but give so much!!!So stop thinking and start buying already, you won’t regret it!

I've had some scissors that wouldn't fit in my scrub pockets, and some that would open up in the pocket. So I really like this brand for fact that they fit in the pocket, and don't open up. They cut well, and have the snub on the end so that you can't poke anybody with it. The cutting part is made of stainless steel and both parts easily clean up with soap and water, or bleach wipes without fading or deteriorating the plastic handles. I like that there are so many choices, so that you don't get your scissors mixed up with someone else's scissors, if you accidentally left them on a counter or in a patient's room.

These have been great for me so far. I’m a nursing student and it is always helpful to have a pair of bandage scissors during clinicals. They work well and they have a cute but simple design which really helps me keep track of them. Also, the scissors I have ordered in the past have been so big, but these are a great size to fit in my scrub pocket.

They’ve come a long way with medical scissors since nursing school! I love these flowered blade teal colored handle bandage utility scissors! They are lightweight enough not to weigh down your pockets but heavy duty enough to cut through the heaviest of bandages. They make them in several colors so you can color coordinate to your stethoscope, etc if you want. Nice way to help keep track of what is yours vs the plain old silver ones.

I spent a long time looking through different shears on amazon. I read conflicting reviews on each item I looked at and was unsure about what to buy. I settled on this pair of shears and I am glad I did. I have never had an issue cutting through anything in the unit and it is not too long to where it's hard to fit in a pocket. This is a safe choice to go with if you need a pair of shears.

Love this!!! Had a basic scissor for work and lost it. Ordered this and was a bit nervous as often “pretty” things are made to be lower quality. I’ve had these for several months. They still cut great, the design hasn’t scratched or faded. They’re also a nice compact size so they fit comfortably in a scrub top pocket. Every time I see them they bring me joy. It’s the little things during a 12 hour shift in the middle of a pandemic on a med-surg floor..

Bought these for work, as an anaesthetic nurse I always carry scissors. These are brilliant, good size for keeping in my scrub pocket and they are sharp. Would be lost without them. Would happily recommend them and I would definitely purchase again.

Although seller was prompt and sent through replacement item as first did not arrive as stated, which I was extremely grateful for, was disappointed by scissor action. Very stiff, heavy and hard work. I need these for everyday use numerous times a day. Was wondering if WD40 may help but being as they are new should not need any action. Disappointed vet nurse

its smooth to use when putting on a cast and doesnt need too much force to cut with.its a good size to keep in your pocket when on a shift
