Wisconsin Cheese Mart (Cheese Castle) has THE BEST Melot Cheese I have ever had. The creamieness and vivid flavor of Merlot is divine!! They also take great care in delivery, sending it in a small cooler with ice pack! It arrived on an 87⁰ day & the cheese was still cool!

I am truly impressed by Wisconsin Cheese Mart - customer service wise, and shipping-wise. I was a bit dubious about ordering cheese on amazon, but the wonderful customer support agent assured me that items are shipped so that they don't get stuck somewhere over the weekend. I am truly impressed by how cool they kept my cheese! Ordered some fine Wisconsin merlot cheese, and well, it arrived packed nicely inside of a styrofoam cooler with more than enough ice packs that were still cold! and so was my cheese. Thank you for making this a positive experience, I will certainly be back!!! Highly recommend Wisconsin Cheese Mart!!!

The Choice Cheese of Red Wine!
I found these cheese while doing winery tours in Traverse City, MI. This cheese tasted so good with the red wines, that I went back in and bought two of the cheeses! I've given these out as gifts and people agree with me - this is great RED WINE CHEESE!

It arrived warm, soft, and full of some kind of liquid. This is disgusting, I'm not even sure it's edible.

Best Freakin' Cheese Ever
My favorite cheese and in my opinion, best cheese on the planet! With so many flavors, it's truly addicting. Packaging came via FedEx and was kept with a cold pack boxed twice so the cheese was fresh (even after missing 2 deliveries and then not having an additional day of delivery on Sunday.)Some of my friend's who I've introduced this to like this but some prefer Raspberry Bellavatano over this. Espresso Bellavatano is also pretty good. I ordered from the actual seller to try those versions. So yummy! Watch out!

LOVE THIS CHEESE
I have ordered this multiple times for myself and to give as a gift! Arrive in cold packaging, so I know it's properly stored during shipping/delivery. So delicious! I always keep some in my fridge. I like how the come in little slices.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is now my favorite cheese so I felt compelled to tell you all this. It’ll make a great addition to your charcuterie board, but I just eat it by itself sometimes.
