Durable & comfortable
I bought these for my boyfriend a year ago. He wears them every day for work. His occupation is home renovation. These shoes take a beating! They have held up nicely. He said his feet don't hurt after a full day of wearing them and he is on his feet all day and night. I will be buying another pair, they are worth the money!

Durable, comfortable, makes you taller
I've had these shoes for 4 months now and they show no sign of wear/tear. I work in a busy deli in a grocery store and am on my feet for 8+ hours a day. I've chewed through over 7 other shoes in my 1.5 years here all that gave varying amounts of foot/heel pain.Since wearing these(along with shoe insoles) my foot pain is minimal at it's worst. I used to not be able to walk w/out pain in my heels and would tip toe around the house after work but with these I have no issues during or after work(again, with insoles as I have always done even with the other shoes). They get covered in breading, miscellaneous foods/liquids and I just hose them down at the end of each shift and they're fine. I'm 6'1 and these shoes with the insoles I wear make me like 6'3ish. It's kinda funny taking a step down each time I end my workday.

Good quailty and very tough. They changed the design since my last pair reducing one star.
This is my second pair in 6 years. Wore the first pair daily and they held up until the tread was so thin there was nothing left and delaminated from the sole.New pair was true to size, 11D in my case like every other shoe and boot I wear.New pair has had some design changes. I can only guess it was to make them cheaper to manufacture and unfortunately they are not quite as good. Still gave them 4 stars because they are good enough. The worst is that they changed how the tongue is attached and led to a large lump of fabric on each side. This is very uncomfortable so I cut the fabric web out between the tongue and lacing area of shoe. It was so much fabric it would not have kept the tongue centered anyway. The soles are a little stiffer and leads to a little less cushion and increased fatigue. Finally, the wonderful tread on the old ones was replaced by something that is not good in wet, dry, snow or any other conditions. Not sure what they were thinking.I'd buy them again just for the toughness and overall comfort, just wish they hadn't changed them.

comfortable as always. laces are a bit short compared to other models of Keen footwear i have.
As with every pair of Keen footwear i have purchased the shoes fit great and are comfortable right out of the box. So far the only negative i have is the laces are a bit short compared to other models from Keen. I have spares so no big deal. Hopefully durability is on par with previous purchases.

Most confortable work shoe!
I have used my KEEN Utility Men's Flint 2 for about almost a year now. I love the large toe box and the different tread design on the soles. I like other would like for the soles to last as long as the rest of the shoe, I own 4 different types of Keen work shoes/boot. I am always disappointed with the sole wear out, they seem to only last like a 1 to 1 1/2 years for me. At $140-$180 I would expect them to last a long at the leather sides. But, I still love these shoes.

Comfy and capable work shoes
Bought these because I injured my leg and my work boots were too heavy to lift. These shoes provide the protection I need building control panels and on the fabrication floor. They also provide decent arch support, I was surprised at this. The Electrical Hazard rating is precisely what I need, along with a steel toe and toe/heel guards. The toe box is the right size for me, even with the steel toe cover. Flexing the shoe is probably the most comfortable I've witnessed in a work shoe. There is a chemical smell, probably from the soles. I don't notice it much. The laces have a natural twist in them, don't know why but they work out just fine.If you have medium to high arches like me, the Samurai plastic inserts are a comfy upgrade. Not recommended for a hot-work environment like welding and fabrication. The mesh flex points will get melted. Abrasion is probably the second weakest point to this design, but it's a shoe not a boot.

My third Keen steel toe show of a similar design.
I'm now on my third Keen steel toe shoe. The style I have been buying wasn't available so I am trying these out, I've had them for about a month.I have had three surgeries on my left foot. My last surgery removed my entire plantar fascia ligament. My shoe priorities have changed as a result.Comfort is huge, when I'm not in my work shoes which has a custom inserts I wear my Altra brand running shoes even though I don't run as much these days I have to say they are extremely comfortable and I highly recommend them. As far as a steel toe work boot I've found Keen's are what are the most comfortable for me, even before I had my custom inserts made for my feet.Ventilation is the other important aspect I look for. My surgeries were pretty invasive and I have a lot of nerve damage and anyone that has this kind of nerve damage can tell you things change. For me I'm more sensitive towards temperatures, high temperatures really take their tool on me.A good comfortable shoe that breaths well are the most important factors for me. The shoes tongue isn't as comfortable as my last pair, I'm hoping they break in the more I wear them.I think my last pair of Keens lasted me two years. If these new ones last as long I'll be happy.

Can’t buy better than keene
I received these as a birthday present. First opening, the thought was these are way too large for my size 8 normal shoe. All in all, good fit, high quality and they look great. Although I have yet to wear these on the Habitat for Humanity work site yet, I expect great comfort and protection from dropping an unexpected on my toes plus I feel safe from stepping on the errant non-bent over nail. Would I buy these again. For sure. Would I recommend to another to purchase? Without a doubt. On our 20 plus person permanent volunteer Habitat build team, about 70% wear this low cut boot. This shoe is a great one.

Safe an cozy
I love these boots for work as they fit really snug and have strong lace points as compared to other boots in this category. My guess is this allows for more protective footing due to not having CSA approval, but still passes composite toe requirements for on-site working conditions. Overall great product and will likely order more from KEEN in the future!

The Perfect Work Shoe!
I've bought these before, and when they eventually wore out, I knew that I had to re-purchase them. They are more comfortable than my running shoes! Love them!
