Rv air conditioner cover

Fits well
The fit was tight on my Coleman polar cub 9000 series AC (on my travel trailer) which is not a bad thing. I split a 1/2" pipe insulation noodle then wedged it around the bottom. I cut shallow v's in the front corners to make the sharp or angular turns. I did this to keep the dirt daubers out of the air conditioner, which I found when I took the shroud off to inspect the inside. Also found a wasp nest. The dirt dauber nest was unusually big. A word of caution: Should you decide to take the shroud off to clear/inspect, be very careful . After taking the 3 screws out on top of the shroud gently pull forward on the front bottom, there is a small metal lip it must go over. Rest it on the front lip then Gently pull on the bottom center in back, there is a small metal lip there also. Then slowly, gently and carefully lift the shroud straight up. Once off you will see the cooling fins, which are then completely exposed and are VERY delicate. The point of all this is to not bend the fins. They are almost impossible to straighten. I found out the hard way....

NOT Arizona Sunshine Durable
The Arizona sun can and is quite a killer, so it's hard to find something durable in our environment.This A/C cover is nice, easy to put on and fits my travel trailer unit just right.I bought this 2 years ago, and am in need of another one. The vinyl has a multitude of large cracks in it, so if it rains or we have a dust storm, the unit will be at the mercy of the elements.I will be buying this cover again with the understanding that it'll have to be replaced every 2 years.

Good Product
Fit my unit(a/c) as described. A valuable product to protect my a/c unit. My trailer is under a carport so this cover may last longer than one exposed to the direct sunlight.

Perfect fit!
Quality material and a easy cinch to secure tightly around base.

Not very durable
Fit and worked great when new but after 2 years it has cracks in the vinyl everywhere exposing the cotton underneath. Plus it has shrunk and barely fits now. It's great for awhile but will not last. I Mainly bought to keep the wasps from building mud nests on the fan blades. I can cover with plastic and do the same. I only cover when it's stored.

Great protection for my RV a/c unit
Camco has many diffrent covers for all the a/c units out there. Measured up my Dometic a/c unit and found the perfect fit. The cover has a water proof vinal outer layer and a soft cotton inside, a drawstring will hold it down to the bottom. I think this will last many years, mind you I do cover the whole RV but the A/C unit has a small solar panel on the top and the sharp edges may rip the R/V cover in the wind so thats why the A/C cover.

Fits great
Fits perfect.....this is my second cover. Tip: do not wash it using a pressure washer, you would need a second one as well. 😊
