I bought the Sharp Pebble 1000/6000 whetstone sharpening kit and the entire kit (including the base) fit perfectly. I wouldn’t have wanted it any larger because I don’t want it rattling around if I travel with it. It’s easy to put in and out and there is extra room in the little pouch for more accessories.

This case is exactly what I want to store my whetstone kit as pictured in the ad. It is such a nice case and very well-made but if it could just be at least 1/4" bigger on all sides, it would be perfect. As it is, I have to squeeze the wooden base into the bottom making it an extremely tight fit and difficult to remove. I want to get one for my friend as a gift but I will first show her how mine fits to see if she wants to deal with it. Maybe it will loosen with use. I want to give this five starts but the lack of room doesn't work very well.

I had recently purchased a set of 3 Naniwa professional stones and needed a storage case. This case fits all 3 as well as the rust eraser in the mesh (shown in the picture) .

Great case for the stone i bought for work. Pluebty of room inside with a nice pocket in the lid to hold a few items. Very sturdy case so far amd it fits in my backpack handily

Very sturdy, and it came well packaged. It was plastic wrapped. The zipper slides smoothly, and it isn't bendable. A good carrying case
