After receiving box, it didn't work and I had to pull a help ticket immediately from Avov. They said they were aware of an issue with 1.0.9 build being defective in the Avov VixoFuse. I placed the help ticket on Feb 8 and now 8 days later Avov says to return the item to the reseller. All info can be found on help ticket# 1363

I am an actual buyer and user of the AVOV line of product, and I will recommend it to anyone. If your appetite is for IPTV viewing of television this is the way to go. If you do not know what you want / need leave the box alone. The box is awesome, this is my umpteenth purchase as I keep recommending it to others who loves, I have the TV Online 4 and I am also using the VixoFuse. Awesomeness.......

All these bad reviews it's because people buy something and don't know nothing about it, I have this box for over 8 months , I have 3 different server IPTV EXPRESS,, TVONIP,,and IKS66 all these servers work good on the box even better than my Mag 254...and I have Kodi... with Targetin1080P Gears of War. Kodi works fine.. my only issue is the app that comes with the box sucks,,, most of them are useless,,,, other than that the box is a good box,,, I forgot the remote sucks , I bought a $16 mouse remote on amazon and works good for the box....

There is no user manual for this item so you have to figure it all out on your own. Support is extremely slow or non existent. I have owned this item for two months, which I ordered direct from AVOV Technology and they were slow in shipping and didn't have any set up instructions. The remote is as it was stated in one other review difficult to use and you have to be close and pointed directly at the box. Mickyhop I think is a farse. The movie apps that exist are poor in quality and function. I am not using Wi-Fi to connect but am using Cat5e cable. One of the apps (Movie25) doesn't link to any movie on their site at this time. I highly recommend that if you are thinking of purchasing this item, DON'T. Find another option. Don't waste your hard earned money. I would even go as far as seeking another manufacturer.

I cannot give less than 1 as they don't have it. but this box is really piece of SH** as well as their support please please stay away and buy another products available in the market.Its expensive and product got delayed all the time, after receiving the product the remote control has to be in better position otherwise it will not work. interface is slow as hell, seriously i feel like I wasted money if found Amazon firestick 100% better and Mag product better this.
