The best garlic press ever!
I bought this garlic press based on the reviews I read here and I am so glad I did! I had been to Williams-Sonoma looking for a garlic press and they only had 2 kinds: one was of cheap construction and small basket for about $45 and the other was all fancy for over $90! I just couldn't believe that one should pay so much for a garlic press, plus the design did not convince me. Garlic presses should be round, no corners allowed. It's just simple physics: the circle is the strongest and distributes force equally over its surface area. This one is absolutely perfect! It has the right shape and size, it's basket is removable for cleaning, it's easy to press without a great amount of force and its construction seems to be a very good quality. I was also impressed to see that when the garlic is being pressed, it does not run up the basket wall. All is pressed without the need to repress what has already been pressed! So, it seems this one was designed with much care and thought. Mine has gone in the dishwasher many times already and there is no sign of corrosion. It seems the stainless steel is of good quality and I like it so much that I am getting a second one, just in case my first one gets lost.

Best gadget in my kitchen, next to a good knife
I bought this garlic press a couple years ago and have enjoyed using it SO much. This device minces garlic into fine little pieces that are so convenient to cook with and it accomplishes it in the blink of an eye. My daughter and a good friend have both made over this garlic press several times when they have helped me in my kitchen, so I just recently ordered 2 more so that each one of them could have one and they were delighted. I also appreciate that this garlic press goes straight into the dishwasher every time I use it and it still looks brand new, so it is obviously made with a quality stainless steel. How clever of somebody to invent something that works so well! Kudos to the company who produces this.

I really love this garlic press
I really love this garlic press. I somehow managed to leave mine at my boyfriend's house, so I figured it might be a good time to get another one. I was looking for one that was easy to clean, easy to squeeze (even with wet hands) and really crushed all the garlic without leaving a bunch jammed in the bottom where it's partially wasted, and partially just a pain to clear out. This is it! My old garlic press will now live at my boyfriend's house, where I cook only occasionally, and this Wamder press will live at my place, where it will be used almost every day.

Great Garlic Mincer
Finally I was able to try it out and it was a cinch to mince the garlic. No more cutting up the garlic on a cutting board with the garlic flying all over the place. It was extremely fast to mince four cloves of garlic that was done without a mess. I showed my sister this item on Amazon and she is going to get herself one. I wished that I had bought this earlier.UpdatedI bought one for my sister and she loves the garlic mincer. Two very happy customers. I would highly recommend this garlic press.

loved this garlic press, until the bottom handle snapped off. a clean snap when pressing the garlic. have had the product under two months, used about three per week.cannot find a way to contact the seller through amazon or via google search.update, 2 nov 2016.. i received reply from seller, "we will check it and improve and don't let it happen again.".. my takeaway, great price, nice looking product, good for a month, do not press when pressing your garlic.

Ok, so I'm lazy...
Ok, so I'm lazy...been using jars of minced garlic for years. While visiting my DIL, she whips out her garlic press and shows me the ease and superiority of using raw garlic in food...and I LOVE to eat good, healthy food. So I ask her where she got it...at a party.....you know, where you pay 3x's the price?? Well...I knew I could get one just as good on Amazon, so I did...it works just like hers and a bargain to boot...I've already challenged her to a "press off"...

Four stars because I haven't actually used this garlic press yet. I bought it for our motor home and we haven't gone anywhere yet. However, from the way that it appears to be built I think that it's going to be great. It's solid in your hand. I both like and don't like the idea of a separate basket for the garlic to go into. I love the idea of being able to clean it separately but worry that it might get separated in the drawer and get lost. I'll update when I've actually used it.

The best garlic press
This is a great garlic press. You can fit a few cloves and wella, perfect grates of garlic. Pretty easy to clean. Well made and probably something you will have forever. I use so much more garlic now cooking because it is so easy to add. Way better than my last cheap garlic press. Definitely recommend this product.
