These are proper heavy duty plastic bags. The double-closure helps, but I wish these were a bit easier to close, take a bit of patience

The ziplock bags are very good quality, good size too, it has two zip lines to ensure a good seal. I personally used them for storing food in the fridge as well as keeping some loose parts for my model buildings, it is great for separating LEGO bricks for your building set. I have only given this item 3 stars as they are described as having a zipped opening but they haven't.However the bags are a really good size and quite sturdy so on that front they are great.
