1/3 Cotton Pad

I love these pads and have used them for years. They are quite thin and I like that because they don’t absorb all the product you’re trying to apply, especially with toners. However, they’re three times more expensive on Amazon than other websites. I would prefer to buy them here since this is primarily where I do my shopping but I found another site where, even after adding the cost of shipping, I can get three boxes for only two dollars more than one box costs on Amazon.

These are what I call "princess dabbers" - if you've ever watched one of those historical films and a princess is doing her beauty regimen and delicately dabbing her face with rose petals or transluscent squares of some luxurious paper, then you'll get what I'm talking about. The absorption is great. But they are so delicate that you cannot actually wipe across your face. The toners I use are for getting into pores and removing dirt and sebum. You can't just pat it on your face but actually need to wipe across your face so that you can remove all that crap. Try doing that with these princess pads is as effective as using single-ply toilet paper.Even doubling or tripling up doesn't really help. As an experiment, I went back over face again with a cotton ball and the same toner after using these princess pads and the amount of dirt it picked up was a little unsettling.In short, I think that these are a waste of money in a pretty big way: not only are they not good for practical toner use, but they make the toner you purchase almost ineffective. A product that makes you waste twice as much money is a pretty bad deal, if you ask me.The product description may be poorly translated. Or perhaps it's not communicated well enough that these pads are for those extremely complicated, very involved Korean beauty regimens that require dozens of products. Perhaps this is the 3rd toner you are supposed to use before your peel but after your collagen treatment and concurrent with the jade lymphatic cheakbone thumper that you use on the first quarter of the waxing moon while you take an eyelash bath in a cypress tub with virgin goat milk from Jeju Island.Like most guys, I'm not about that life. Stick to traditional balls and pads. Guess I'll save these for babies or butterfly wings or something like. Just too darned delicate

They’re very thin and great for using your toner as a mask. But the box was partially open from the delivery because there was no tape or seal and it made me a little concerned about how clean they were.

I love these! You can use them to put on your essences and toner, but they can also double as little face masks. Soak the pad (doesn’t take much product) and put on your trouble areas for an extra dose of hydration!
