Good value for the money, great color choices, yarn is thicker than I thought. I was looking for baby/sport weight and this is more like a 4 thickness and not a 2 or 3. Either way it’s still going to get put to good use.

I did not look carefully enough at the colors in the photos. These are not primary colors. For example, there is NO RED! Not helpful for Christmas knitting. There is a neon overtone to the colors. Sharp colors. Disappointed but the photo is not wrong.

Okay, I love this yarn. I do a lot of amigurumi, usually smaller stuff, and if you use a 2.5mm - 3.5 mm hook, this yarn is perfect.One thing to know is it is pretty thin and fine, so be careful when working with it. I use a 2.5mm-3.5mm hook and it's perfect. You just have to keep the hook from splitting it in the middleMy only complaint is the colors are all more pastel type, so if you need a true red or blue, you're out of luck, which is sad - this is my go-to yarn and I hate mixing yarn types.But for vibrant work or brown/gray colors, these are fantastic (see pictures for examples).

I can't believe how many skeins you get for the price! Most skein packs on Amazon run at only 25gram skeins which are basically useless even for small amigurumi dolls. You should NOT order skeins for amigurumi that run less than 50grams! For 40 skeins of yarn at around 50 bucks, this is the best bang-for-your-buck amigurumi/yarn set on Amazon. (I've ordered tons and tons of various amigurumi packs on Amazon) This pack gave me an incredible range of colors. I know one review said they got multiple colors the same which I didn't experience but I wouldn't say that's too bad as long as you make a lot of amigurumi anyway, you might very well want multiple colors. I'm sure if you don't get a different color each skein like I did, it is Amazon after all and I'd just return it and order another set and let the company know you had an issue :D (No I'm not a sponsored crochet person I'm just super nerdy about amigurumi and thought a review might help new people deciding on packs to get) 10/10 - opening this pack is like christmas for crafty people < 3

I should have known better. It was a good price for a wide variety of colors and I wanted it for small projects so I could pick and choose from a variety of colors. I read the reviews and some compared the weight to a light worsted or DK, but it’s really closer to a fingerling once it’s worked. And that’s if you can work it. This yarn untwists terribly and splits with almost every stitch. It’s incredibly hard to work with, especially with a small enough hook to match the weight of the yarn (about a 3 mm) hook is right. Stitch definition once worked is also not very good. It kind of squishes up and just looks like a fuzzy yarn something, rather than your beautiful stitches. Also, although there is a wide variety of colors you should study the photo for what you want. There is no red, very few greens and purples, yet an abundance of pinks, blues and oranges with very little shade definition. Consider this before you put it in your cart. I won’t be buying this again and wonder how I’m going to use up what I’ve got!

It’s a flawed product but very inexpensive so you get what you pay for. It is workable if you’re careful but this yarn splits incredibly easily. If you are a beginner crocheter I would not recommend this yarn as it is frustrating to work with.

The amount per skein and variety of colors make this perfect for my crafts. I will be purchasing again.

I love this set. I purchased the 40 color assortment and I fell in love with it instantly. It's very soft, has excellent quality and it was delivered earlier than expected. I usually buy MiraCraft, so I was hesitant to try another product. But I'm glad I did. The colors are fantastic and vibrant.
