Either way it’ll be really long on you. I’m 5’7” at 150 and I got a medium…it’s snug length wise and fit. Possibly L/XL but you’ll definitely have to alter it because it’s footed.

I’m 4’11 and 120. I got an xs and it fits just right. A small would’ve had to much wiggle room. Hope that helps some what!
