After using reusable grocery bags for years I decided to try reusable produce bags. They work very well and the sizes are ideal for me as I am cooking for 2. So if I want to get a few lemons, the small bags are perfect. The larger bags can hold much more and are great when I get a lot of tomatoes to make some gazpacho!

they save my tomatoes (I don't refrigerate), and they stay for a week. Haven't discarded a tomato since using these bags. I've tested on blueberries (which stain, but it washes out), and haven't lost a berry. EVEN my bananas last a tad longer (I like them slightly green, and I swear I've added a day before they are very soft). I went back and bought another set so I could share one with a friend so she could test.

On all three sizes they are as long as what the description says, but not as wide. The large size is 2 inches less that what it's supposed to be.

We like the bags and it’s wonderful to be rid of those plastic bags. One minus is the wooden ‘pegs’ that are used to lock the strings on the bags. They’re a bit clumsy when not in use...’off-balanced’. But, that is a minor thing compared to the benefits. It’s a very generous amount of bags. I bought one set for me and one for my daughter...she loves them.

These bags are pretty great. I always feel guilty about using plastic bags and these will help reduce the amount of waste I produce when I go grocery shopping. The only downside is that they are hard to see through so I have to open the bag to see what is inside.

I used these bags for lettuce, bananas, potatoes and celery so far. The celery didn’t keep crisp which is what I was hoping for. However, thst could have been the celery being in the fridge for awhile before I put in the bag. Love the way it keeps my bananas.

i have only used these once but i am in love. i am trying to reduce plastic intake and this is a great cheap way to start!

Reduces plastic waste

Good quality bags but to be fair, I wanted them for storing winter bulbs until autumn, looked at so many I did not realise that there were only 6 in the pack and they were 3 different sizes,, the smallest of which did not hold many bulbs. Having said that, they are good quality and I am sure they will last years.

Very good bags. You don't have to throw them in the bin when you get home.every little helps as they say.

Perfect for me. I’m used to storing food in the fridge with bags. But these are a very good zero waste alternative.

I am liking the produce bags already. So far I have been storing lettuce in them and peppers. They help to keep the little ‘scraps’ from the lettuce from going in the salad drawer in the fridge. The bags have a nice feel to them, they aren’t rough, nice smooth and look like they will be easy to wash too.
