Faulty Products but Great Customer Service
Unfortunately I received a faulty pair of dolls. Their "sleepy" eyes weren't right and one doll had part of it's eyebrow missing. Customer service was great and offered a partial refund or a full refund if returned. I opted for a return and full refund as it was a Christmas gift. It was refunded very quickly and I repurchased again. Sadly the second pair of dolls (as photographed) also had faulty eyes. Customer service was great again and I returned for a refund. I decided not to purchase again as it was getting very close Christmas and worried my little one wouldn't have a gift in time. Having two sets of faulty dolls means I couldn't give higher than two stars but return and refund were quick and efficient.
