अपनी उत्सुकता के कारण मैंने ये किताब 2 दिन में ही पढ़ ली।कुण्डलिनी का इतिहास दिया गया है।सातों चक्रों के बारे में जानकारी दी गई है।कुण्डलिनी जागरण होने पर कैसा अनुभव होता है इस बात का जिक्र इस किताब में कहीं नही किया गया है क्योंकि यह इतना रहस्यमई है कि किसी को इस अनुभव के बारे में नहीं पता।इस किताब में बहुत सी ऐसी बातें हैं जिन्हें आप आसानी से अपने जीवन में लागू करके अपना जीवन उत्तम बना सकते हैं।पर आप ये किताब पढ़ कर कुण्डलिनी जागरण में मत बैठ जाना। बिना अच्छे गुरु के ये करना ठीक नहीं है।एक स्टार काम इसलिए दिया क्योंकि लेखक ने अपना अनुभव बहुत ही थोड़ा दिया और न ही लेखक ने स्पष्ट किया कि उनकी कुंडली जागृत हुई या नही ।

Great explanation and relevance of chakras and Kundalini Jagran. It gives glimpses of hard work (Sadhna ) done by Om Swamiji.Although there are many shortcuts are being told by many people for Kundalini Jagran...but book is still work a read.I will read again and again to grasp the deep concepts.

What a fantastic book to read . I took more than one month to read it . And i will reread it again its like a light of spirituality . Good book no doubt . Written with truthfullness and responsibility. Amazingly true story . Must must must read if you are a truth lover and want to share this great man's thoughts

Book has details from deep mythological sources, I somehow felt these details unnecessary and too long. Later part of book is more meaningful and talks clearly about each chakra. You can call it as one time read
