Front Or Rear Car Heated Element Demister Line Brake Repair Kit Paint On Glue

Way too fiddly for my problem
Maybe my damaged demister was just in too awkward a position, right in the bottom right corner and having to work upside down (removing the rear hatch was a step too far) ... but I just could not get the masking tape to line up with the existing demister tracks - I actually removed a bit MORE of it by accidentally putting the tape on top.

Good colour match
Very gooie, does not paint on well, cotton buds not good. If more spreadable would buy more.

Tried this item with one coat a complete fail
This item is easy to use but adhesive not very good and after one coat did not fix the problem with my heated rear window, I will have to try more coats

Does not stick to glass!!!
This is a truly awful product. Despite spending the time to properly prepare the area; degreasing with the alcohol wipes, making sure the glass is dry and free from dust, the paint peeled straight off with the masking tape. The instructions say to peel off immediately, which I did. I then tried again, after properly preparing the area, and decided to leave it a few minutes. This made no difference. The area was prepared properly and the product applied correctly, it is simply just a very poor product. Had I simply thrown a tenner in the bin I'd still be 95p better off. Also the image is incorrect; instead of the nice little applicator brush in the picture, you get three cheap ear buds scratch the paint into place instead of brushing it on. I'm sure that there are some great products out there that work, this isn't one of them.

Doesn't work
Don't waste your time and money. The photos imply that you get a decent amount of the product and a brush applicator, whereas in reality you would need a microscope to detect the tiny amount of product and it is applied with a cotton bud. It does not adhere. Avoid.

Total junk - it's like a powder that is impossible to work with. Comes off with the tape every time.
This doesn't stick at all, it's like wet chalk dust. Really hard to get in place, then comes off with the tape.
