I order from Amazon all of the time, I am a prime member, and this is the very first review I have ever written. I find reviews helpful so I felt it was necessary to share my experience with this product. When it arrived I was excited, it was packaged very nicely, nice box, all cords included etc. I read the directions very carefully to make sure it would work for the get together I needed it for. I immediately plugged it in to let it start charging. Three hours later, I gave it a try, NOTHING! There was never even a light that came on when I turned the speaker on. My bluetooth on my phone did not find it for pairing so I tried plugging my phone in with the provided auxiliary cord, still nothing. I though maybe it just needed to charge more, I would have even kept it if the bluetooth didn't work and I had to leave my phone plugged in. I charged it over night, the next day still NOTHING!! DO NOT BUY THIS, it is junk. I sent it back immediately and ordered a different brand. I was very disappointed.

Speaker was great but if you want to use for hands free talking ummm welll... Fugetaboutit... In my test for the handsfree feature i had to hold the speaker closer to my mouth then my phone. Terrible for hands free speaking otherwise sound was good.
