Great for baking a yummy coconut cake.

I wasn't able to find coconut in the shops by me for rolling my Malibu truffles in and popped on Amazon and found I could use Morrisons delivery service, same day delivery.I didn't have to pay over the top for them, they were a good price.Arrived same day and off I went rolling my truffles in the coconut.Not too hard or overly dry.Tasted nice and didn't take too much effort to chew it to break it down to swallow.Everyone who had a truffle really liked them.Lovely smell of coconut.No chunks, just nicely grated size pieces.
