See everything!
I work on peoples camera systems and try quite a different ones. The Voger 360°View WiFi Home Security Camera is amazing! As I typicality do, I opened the (very well packaged) box and removed all the components. I installed a 64 Mb SD card and plugged the unit in while it was sitting on the counter so I could set it up. I loaded the Tuya smart app on my phone and created an account, very easy. I opened the app, hit the "+" mark in the upper, right corner and installed the camera. Very easy to do and I was able to rename it camera. So I powered it down and took it outside mounted it and powered it up. I was really impressed to be able to move the view up, down, left and right using my finger on the screen. For a couple of days I viewed at dawn, day sunset and night and always had nice, clear pictures. Then I open the Alexa app and went to skills and added the Tuya Smart app. In the house I can see the camera view on my Alexa 5 &8 Shows by just saying Alexa, show Barn. Wow! Then I turned on the tracking feature and as you walk around the camera follows you keeping you centered in the picture. All these features, ease of use, for a very cheap price is the reason I would recommend the camera system to anyone!

With a very low asking price, I think this is a great value for money purchase
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The Voger PTZ Security Camera is a great value for money camera to improve your home security. This is my second camera from Voger, and it is fantastic! For the price, I don't think there are many better alternatives. It has 1080P resolution, works wirelessly and the footage can be accessed through your smartphone app, you can also connect this up to Alexa for a live view through your Alexa enabled video devices.Mounting didn't take long as I used an existing hole from a redundant phone cable. My only issue here is it uses a USB cable so the hole has to be slightly larger.Once mounted, it took all of 3 minutes to connect and straight away I had HD video of the front of my house. The two-way voice is a handy feature for warning would-be intruders or for reassuring your cat when your away from home. The build quality is great, it functions well, and the video is HD. The ability to Pan, Tilt, Zoom is helpful, and the internal memory usage. The PTZ functionality is good and the zoom quality is good. The major benefit for me is not needing a video recorder box to link multiple cameras together, rather doing so through WiFi and an app. The app works great and has now been using it since my first camera nearly a year ago. Overall at the very low asking price, I think this is a great value for money purchase. Sure there are higher resolution cameras out there, but they are 3-4 times the price.I can't recommend this product and this brand enough! I write reviews as a hobby and try to provide the best assessment I can of any item I buy from Amazon. If you like my review, found it helpful, or just want to offer some encouragement feel free to like my write-up and follow my profile. Thank you. Be well.

Voger outdoor camera with motion detection
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Camera works really well! Day time, Night time, motion detection, two-way communication.Video feed is nice and sharp. I was not even looking for an outdoor camera when I stumbled upon this one and decided to go for it! Very satisfied! This is the 2nd Voger camera that we purchased. We also have 4 Apeman, which I think is the main brand. Very satisfied with all of them!

Solid outdoor weather resistant camera
This device was easy to set up. It says to use the TuyaSmart app, but I have multiple other devices that use the SmartLife app, which was also developed Tuya. It was a great plus as this camera was able to be added to the SmartLife app, meaning I did not have to use a new app to link the Voger camera. It is great that no subscription is required, it uses an SD Card for storage, can provide notification alert, has an alarm, integrates with the smart life app and can leverages it included automation controls, and has solid HD resolution, and is waterproof for outdoor use. It also has a covered network port, which can be handy if replacing an old IP camera system. This camera is not perfect. There are some limitations in that the motion detection does not appear to automatically follow the subject, you have to use the controls to tilt and rotate the camera. However the controls are very smooth and easy to use. Also the night vision is overactive, it kicks in very early, however the night vision quality is very good. Small downsides and what you would expect for a camera in the $50 price range.

Great camera with wonderful night vision and motion detection
I have an older Apeman model of outdoor camera, which doesn’t move, but was very satisfied with its performance. When this new camera was available on Amazon (and with a coupon), I had to check it out. This camera is an incredible improvement over my older camera. First the added functionality of pan & tilt, you can move the camera to follow animals after a real-time alert or use the auto-tracking feature. The enhanced night vision is wonderful. Compare a snapshot from my new and old cameras (from different corners of a shed). The new camera has much better detail of flowers and stones of the bed and goes deeper into the woods. I’m expecting to get much better pictures and video of my nighttime bears with this new camera. From the screenshot of all my cameras, you can tell the new outdoor camera is better than the older outdoor camera and just as good as the indoor cameras. The motion detection is a great improvement. As you can see from a screenshot, I got an alert from a car coming a good distance down my driveway, shortly after coming around a curve. The phone app that is used to install and monitor the camera is great and easy to use. I have four cameras and 7 smart plugs controlled by the app. With the local storage (Micro SD card) capability, this is a great camera.

No idea how they do this for the price!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Earlier this year, unfortunately, one of my neighbours was burgled. This prompted me to review my home security and to start to invest in security cameras. For ease of installation I bought and fitted a number of battery powered devices – front, back garden and porch - but my wife was concerned that the videos from the front and back garden, whilst very good quality, all showed a very wide, and thus small, image.Already owning a Voger ME720 camera I trusted the brand so looked first at what they had in something that would give a bigger and better image and ended up buying this VG360 for its narrower field of view (110° vs. the 160° of my other cameras = larger image) and the intriguing pan, tilt and image tracking capability.Unboxed it impressed right away, both in size and quality. It’s a lot bigger than my battery powered units.I did the initial set up on my desk, which was quick and easy, but beware of the sound it makes when it first powers up – it’s LOUD!Because it draws its power via a USB cable I had to make a hole in the wall then get up a ladder to fix it to the outside wall – which is the only downside I’ve found so far especially as I am going to have to get the ladder out again to make a change to the installation – I forgot to install an SD card!Make sure you can install it somewhere close to a power socket as you’ll need to plug in the (fixed) USB cable to the supplied mains power unit, and where you have a good Wi-Fi signal. The unit has an Ethernet connector which I presume would allow you to connect via an Ethernet cable if your Wi-Fi signal is poor, although this would mean running a cable to your hub plus possibly making a bigger hole through the wall. One comment for Voger here – why do you not supply a cover for the Ethernet socket which will otherwise remain exposed to damp (albeit inside the camera support bracket)? This camera is controlled via an app called TuyaSmart. Downloading and installing it on my phone was simple and straight-forward. (FWIW I much prefer it to the Cloudboom one that’s required for the Voger ME720 camera).Second comment for Voger – why don’t you standardise the apps needed to control these cameras?(I will in due course see if the ME720 camera can work with TuyaSmart app.)The camera and app combination work really well, and quite intuitively.Motion generated alarms are sent promptly to the phone and appear in the apps Message Centre or Photo album. It is also possible to initiate recordings manually, and take still photos. Motion tracking can also be enabled and works well, albeit resulting in slightly jerky movement of the camera. I’ve included both day and night examples of the cameras motion tracking in a video attached to this review. The quality of the video on my phone screen is superb, so I apologise if this isn’t apparent in my video. I’ve noted that the videos stored on the phone are in a folder entitled ‘Thumbnail’, which can often translate into ‘compressed file size’ and mean poorer quality. As said earlier I need to get a ladder out so I can get back up to the camera to install an SD card. It’ll be interesting to see what the video quality is like when taken off the card. The pivot and tilt functions are motor driven and controlled through the app, either directly by running your finger up and down or side to side on the phone screen, or via a the app’s direction radio button. Zooming, however, is not motor driven and is managed by ‘pinching’ the image on the screen. All in all I am very happy with this camera. In fact, I'm amazed by it! It offers a lot for the money, even more so as the very good price can (currently) be reduced further using a voucher found on the product page. It does give a larger image which satisfies my requirements, is easy to use and also offers (through the app) access to additional features, including operation via Alexa or Google Assistant, IFTTT and in my case, Samsung SmartThings.Hopefully once I’ve installed the SD card, and explored more of the camera and app functionality I’ll be back to update this review.

Picture quality is excellent
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This camera was bought to use on the outside of our property and I was concerned the WIFI wouldn't reach the garage wall where the camera is mounted, but it does. Everything you need is in the box, including a little screw driver to get into the compartment for the SD card and the reset button. It connected to the WIFI very quickly, which I did inside the house, then took it outside to see if the connection would re-connect automatically, which it did. The camera alerts my phone when it detects motion. You can replay and then record from the replay. That is how I managed to catch my husband falling off his bike!!! You can see how good the camera quality is on the film. For the price, I would recommend this camera.

Well built and has great image quality and incredible pan, tilt and zoom capability for the price
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Bought this camera as it has good pan and tilt capabilities – so it could potentially do the job of 3 current static cameras. Attached is a photo of the camera showing the camera and its size. The camera works with the TuyaSmart app and the setup is straightforward. The image quality, including night vision, is very goodPanning and tilting is easy to do using the app. You pan, tilt and zoom by dragging with your fingers on the screen. By zooming, you can appreciate the high definition image quality. (see the attached video showing a Samsung phone controlling the camera during a test)With these functions it is easy to monitor your house whilst away. The pan and tilt motors are very quiet in operation, so they don’t draw attention. The camera has two-way audio if you want to use it to remotely converse e.g. with a delivery person. The volume and clarity were very good.I enabled the motion detection and that works fine. It sends alarm notifications to my phone and I could remotely review the recording of the event. The alarm notification to your phone happens even when the TuyaSmart app isn’t open. When you click on the notification, the app then opens. You can see a list of all detected events - each with a time stamped snapshot of the scene. (See photo). In playback mode it is easy to navigate recordings using your finger to scroll the timeline. (That is if you have installed a MicroSD card or if you use the cloud storage).During live viewing and playback you can record video or take screenshots and these are stored on the phone.I also enabled the motion tracking. When someone enters the camera’s field of view, it follows them which is impressive (and a bit spooky!).Set-up:I recommend you setup the camera with the app and insert the MicroSD card indoors before installing the camera in its final location. The app creates a QR code that the camera reads to speed up the setup (See photo)The MicroSD Card can only be fitted after setup as you need to pan and tilt the camera until the memory card slot cover’s retaining screws are accessible. (see photo). Fitting the card (remember to power off first) is easy but a bit fiddly, so definitely best doing before installing the camera. I used a 64GB Class 10 MicroSD card.Installing the Camera:The camera’s bracket suits fixing to a wall, fascia or a beam (e.g. of a Pagoda or a rustic ceiling)I experimented indoors with 3 installation types before deciding how to deploy the camera outdoors:1. Fitted to a wall or fascia was the easiest to do and you can achieve a 180 degrees view by panning.2. Fitted to a beam you could use the full 350 degree of panning which would give you a 360 view. (see photo of a beam installation)3. For an external corner you will need to buy or make an additional mounting bracket. With this, a 270 degree view is possible (see photo of a suitable bracket). The attached video concerned my test using an external corner in a hall. The 2.2m power cable has a USB A plug which plugs into the supplied mains adaptor that needs an indoors mains socket. Thus a 20mm hole in a wall is needed to run the cable from the camera if installed outdoors.

Easy to install & use
I've previously had good experiences with Apeman products and Voger is a sub-brand of Apeman. I've now had this camera for 2 days. This camera arrived really quickly in a bigger-than-expected box, which had good protection from couriers! The box contained the camera, a separate antenna, a UK USB plug/adpater, three screws & wall plugs, and a small cross-headed screwdriver. There was the usual multi-lingual instruction booklet - sadly printed grey on white in small print - if you're like me, you will need an illumiated magnifier if you are not used to Tuya Smart installation.I'd suggest that you should always attach the antenna even if you are using the wired / Cat5 connection in order to prevent water ingress. There is a Cat5 connector if you want to use this as a wired camera (which is what I'm doing) and a very long (possibly 2m) USB cable with a micro USB connector. There is no SD card - if you want local recording you need to buy a suitable SD card. This camera works well with the Tuya Smart Life app. This app is essential but can only be installed on phones & tablets - there is no Tuya app for Chromebooks (grrr). It was quick & easy to register the camera to the app (once I'd checked the instructions!)I've put this up in a temporary position - as shown - to check the functionality. It works well, but the first SD card I put in it (there's a waterproof 'plug' on the back protecting the slot) wasn't working properly. It's just as well it wasn't at the top of a ladder! Wherever you put it you do need to ensure that there is access to the great-indoors for the USB cable (and possibly the Cat5 cable if you choose to use it). There is an obvious red glow from the camera at night. The app allows for motion tracking. The resolution in both SD & HD mode is excellent. The movement detection is very sensitive (and detects to steam from my boiler - so I need to move it).I was provided with this camera for review but it has exceeded my expectations and I'd have no hesitation recommending it to anyone based on my short experience of setting up and using the camera. This is an excellent mid-price camera and can be used as part of a larger smart home system.

Have now completed set up - everything perfect
I don't know what the one stars have done but mine worked out of the box. I had to extend the power lead - no problem - less than £10. The set up was simple - you need to follow all the instructions. The biggest challenge is how to get power from inside the building to the device, it requires a hole big enough to get the TYPE A connector through as you can't separate this for installation and the lead is not long enough in all cases. Set up time about one hour - reading and trying, on the desk, then fitted outside the house. Picture quality on HD very good, on SD, very good. To use voice (see instructions to turn on) just press SPEAK - it turns the mic on and off as you stop speaking and you can hear the visitor. Using away from home WiFi needs data mobile date on - uses about 100Mb per hour. You cannot use the app on WIN10 only on mobile. You can scan around using just your finger on the screen pic - or use the arrow tool. Set movement sense to low - still picks up people passing the house on the road, and cars, even at 100 paces away. Have now tested night vision - still perfect - it does need some street lighting or house lighting but if you live in the dark the camera will have nothing to work with - turn a light on. The set up took a while to find - there was no instruction manual so had to use internet and search myself. Recordings are good, I don't record permanently only when action takes place. Voice commands take a little working out, but again, when you find the set up page it becomes obvious. The app uses a fair amount of battery power and you will need to keep an eye on this if you use it to watch camera view all day. MY overall view for VFM is 9/10
