In 2015 I started really struggling with redness and rosacea. I had unfortunately been a St. ives girlie in high school and all the other stringent products I used really caught up with me. I started searching for a new, gentle product that was non-scented, not too many ingredients, and moisturizing (instead of stripping.) I went through a few products before I found this one at Whole Foods.It has an amazing structure, nice/gentle scent. It's smooth on the skin and leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized. The bottle is a great value for your money as it lasts quite a long time. It's a bit heavier than other cleansers but leaves my skin feeling amazing. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and has made a massive difference for my dry skin and rosacea.

I use this facial cleanser all the time. I like the Trilogy line of products.

I thought I’d try the pump because it seemed a better value. However, even though the ingredients appear to be the same, it’s not as thick as the one in the tube and it doesn’t take off my eye makeup like the tube one did!?!I wish I didn’t order so far ahead of actually needing it (just opened a week ago) as it’s really watery and worthless.lesson learned I guess

Very disappointed that I was given a used product. It was quite obvious that it was used by someone who returned it and then the returned product was placed back on the shelf for re-sale. There were signs that it was used and returned:1.) there was no sticker on the box to seal the opening2.) the pump was not locked, it was actually opened so the opening flap on the box didn’t completely close - which this caused the soap to be pumped out during the transportation.I have filed a return and refund.

Purchased for the natural ingredients but barely cleans makeup off. Had to follow up with other cleanser or astringent. Has a strong scent also. Didn’t notice a difference in my skin other than not totally clean.

I use it everyday and definitely works well onto my skin. Great for sensitive skin
