Used for a kids toy instead...
Have had many piercings and tons of jewelry for over 16 years, but this was "cheaply" made and bent in package. Threads stripped with first use.

the top portion of the earring I received is not surgical steel its plastic and the prongs on it came slightly bent.

Not full stainless steel
The middle and bottom piece are indeed stainless steel, but the top (and reason why I bought it) is not, causing irritation on my ear. I am not able to wear this because of it. I wish I could upload the photos I took from it.
