We aren’t aiming to get pregnant yet, but this product seemed like an interesting one to try, simply from a general health & “prehab” perspective. I found this supplement to be valuable for many other daily concerns, such as mood support, athletic recovery and even simply waking up in the morning, and would still recommend it to someone who wants to maintain good health in the time before fatherhood.I’m no stranger to supplementation, during my experience with this blend I was also taking Garden of Life Raw Men’s Multi, about 7,000 - 9,000 IU of liquid Vitamin D and adding flaxseed oil and Huel to a protein shake daily. These were already established before trying the Happy Hippie blend, though, so I’m pretty confident I can speak to the differences I’ve noticed from this first bottle.First I’ll say I didn’t notice any bold, sweeping differences in my Energy level, mood, perception, etc. No, what I started noticing after starting this supplement was a much gentler, yet noticeable difference in my temperament, my confidence in the moment, and my general Comfort level, for lack of a better term. I noticed I was more easily contented, especially during circumstances beyond my control. I also found it easier to wake up in the morning. I’m not usually an early riser; some thing about this supplement made it easier to do so.I can’t legally go as far as saying this formula is some thing of an antidepressant, though I could see it lending itself well to any sort of supplementation one might be taking for such an aim. I simply felt better. I was less annoyed with things that could easily be seen as annoying. I felt better about where I am at in life. I don’t want to wax a ton of existentialism here, but I do think those things matter, especially when trying to conceive a child, so I am going to say that yes, this formula probably lends itself well to exactly what it’s marketed for.I have no intention of proving that anytime soon—I don’t want to child for at least another decade. But, hopefully this supplement is still made the same way by the same company, without any creepy Templar overlords buying them out and screwing up the formula (because, you know, oppression). I do plan to take it pretty regularly until the day I am in fact ready for a child.I did notice I was sleepier throughout the day while taking this blend than before it. Things like the cats meowing would wake me up more often, and I had a little bit harder time staying comfortable while trying to sleep. The sleep quality was still good, though, if not better, compared with before, if that makes sense. I also felt like I was able to get through the day with less caffeine. Also, ironically, my libido dropped a little bit, at the same time though, it became more of a “quality versus quantity” kind of thing. I do not feel like it helped at all with exercise goals, but at the same time, it didn’t seem to hurt them, either.Who should get this? I would say anyone looking to add a buff or “polish” on already healthy activities and nutrition, especially if striving to conceive. I would also suggest they maybe wait until the second bottle before trying to conceive, because I do think the mood effects are cumulative and I would also suspect the sleep issues can work themselves out with time. Assuming they’re typical.Either way, it’s good stuff. Have fun!!

Got these for my husband who unfortunately was told he possibly couldn’t have children to a car accident a few years ago. After confirming he did in fact have some swimmers, I decided to have him try these. I’m not saying this will be the case for every man, but he was suddenly a lot more interested in making a baby, and I’m happy to say we’re due in December.
