Update: I had some issues with connecting to the camera to the monitor but uokier reached out to me and helped me get it back on line. This is a replacement for the older version of this monitor.

Update: Like a schmuck I decided to buy another. Failed in EXACTLY the same way within a few months. Ridiculous.Product guaranteed to break within a year of use. Buttons stop working then the screen. Seller and mfr do not reply to any communications.

I loved everything about this monitor. Until the screen died. One day we turned it on, the screen turned black, and the buttons didn’t work. Only way to turn off was let it die or unplug battery. Found it again, on sale, and decided I’ll have two cameras buy it again. Now the charging port doesn't work. So I use the old one to charge the battery and the new one to view. But batteries don’t last long, so can turn on to view then have to turn it off to preserve the battery life.

First, I love the quality of this camera. It’s crystal clear & I love that it somehow blocks out patters on sheets/sleep sacs for a much less cluttered and clear photo. It was also pretty simple to set up. Thatttt being said..The battery life is garbage, it dies so, so fast. I’m talking within an hour with video and audio on. I now keep it plugged in next to my bed all night. And the thermostat is way off. As you see in the picture it says it’s 78 in the room when honestly it’s closer to 67. You only have 3 volume options 10,50,100 which might work for some but none of those are a sweet spot for us with the white noise going in the nursery. I wouldn’t buy again solely on the battery issue.

I haven’t even had this monitor in use for 9 whole months. Wasn’t unboxed until January of 2021 and used for the first time in March.the video and audio are now cutting out for 30 seconds at a time. It’s never been dropped, never been in cold or hot weather, not around water. There is no reason it should have stopped working. I’m disappointed because now I have to wait for another monitor to get here of course while my dude is sick and a monitor is absolutely needed to keep an eye on his breathing. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I got it as a gift. It worked for a month or so and then just stopped. My friend contacted Amazon and they replaced it. Then it worked for about another 4 months and stopped charging and customer service never answered me. I don’t recommend this product.

Had for a little bit, just finally unboxed it and set it up. As my baby was always with me I never needed it till now. The picture quality is awful. I’m more paranoid about my baby. And it does this creepy siren loud noise every so often waking up the entire house, and it’s right in my babies ear. Than I have to console her. Literally getting no sleep because I’m paranoid this siren thing doesn’t go off again! But it will eventually. Buying a new camera, totally disappointed in this monitor.

Absolute trash. We’ve had issues with it from the beginning and now, 1 year in, it’s starting to turn off randomly in the middle of the night and then when I turn it on it gives me a broken screen. Do not buy!
