Poor quality
Unfortunately this rice is not the best. I have tried everything to get it not too turn out like sushi rice. One cup of water to one cup of rice and it just about comes out okay, it has been processed like white rice so the husk has been removed. I have bought small amounts from organic stores and they have been much better

I wanted to try black rice for some time now as it is meant to be better for your health.I found it to have a very nice flavour to it.Its a shame you can`t find it in the super markets.I also found it a little pricey.
