Texture is great in coffee. I put 1 scoop in a regular size cup of joe and it adds a creamy texture without the oily residue I’ve experienced with other top brands. I’ve experienced no gut discomfort with this brand either. My only complaint is mixability. It blends okay with a milk frother but without one, you can count on clumps, even in hot coffee.

Very mild on my stomach! I’m on keto and have lost over 60 lbs! Yay! Go me! This stuff will help u especially if u can’t workout hard. Watch the carbs and sugar? Lol Seriously though! :)

Powder is consistency of flour and did not completely dissolve in water. There were several paste-like globs of product despite vigorously stirring it for a couple of minutes. I drank it very quickly, but it was not a pleasant experience. I returned the product.

Doesn't dissolve well. Leaves snotty blobs that are really disgusting. $30 wasted. Can't return because over 30 days. Had MCT oil that had to be used first.

It's a good product, but I got used to the taste of a milk byproduct in Biotrust which I'm not sure was good 🤔😏

I tried the MCT oil powder it clumps real bad in water or hot coffee. It did not help me with diet or energy. I would not recommend

I have been using MCT powders off and on for 3 years and I have always been pleased. Due to the expense, I tried this cheaper version and that was a mistake! This had a weird texture compared to other MCT powders. It does not mix well even using a frother/mixer. There would still be these clumps in my coffee. I didn't finish the canister. I will not purchase again.
