Official Personalised West Ham United FC Dressing Room Mug

On the first mug I received, which was a Xmas present for someone, the personalised name was very poorly done with letters out of line with each other. The seller responded quickly but I didn't receive a replacement until after Xmas. No problem really but the lettering was exactly the same as the first mug :-( The seller was once again responsive and apologetic and a third mug duly arrived. This one was better but not perfect. Maybe I'm expecting too much for the price. I couldn't be bothered to persist in my quest for a mug with perfect lettering as this has taken up enough of my time already.

Good quality mug and it was loved by recipient. However the ordering process was a bit confusing as we weren't sure how to personalise or if we had got it right. Ok in the end tho. Arrived quickly and well wrapped.
