I was always breaking the scissors with plastic handles. The all metal scissors are great. Will not break like the plastic handles. It is very sharp and works great. Will probably last a lifetime. Very well made.

I use these scissors for cutting fabric, it works great! It is sharp and has a great price.I would recommend it to everyone!

As a person in a design profession, I always try to surround myself with cool objects even when it comes to mundane objects. And it may seem funny to some I should get excited about a simple pair of scissors, but these are simply beautiful. Simple (maybe a better word is "elegant"), comfortable for the occasional use, and I really do trust the quality (made in Japan).

It's so hard to find true left handed scissors that aren't either shears or for kids. Finally, we now have a sleeker alternative to the red fiskars scissors!These are hella sharp, and the joint is nice and tight, but still allows for easy movement. The blades are sharp all the way to the tips. So far they've cut everything I've tried, including fabric, paper, and thread, although I haven't put them through the abuse one of my pairs of fiskars has been through. I wouldn't expect to have trouble with very thin non ferrous sheet metal, but I've not tried that or wire yet.Now the bad:-if you've got big hands, these are not for you. Small to medium diameter fingers should fit just fine, tho.-not for extended cutting jobs. Your fingers will go numb and be sore. But that's also just the nature of the grip design, every pair I've seen with this kind of grip (two equal sized finger holes, roundish) does that, even my favorite pair that I've had since I was a kid.I will say, the length has proved more awkward than expected. They're a bit short for more serious tasks, but too long for like, sewing scissors.Still, if you're looking for a nice pair of multipurpose scissors, you could do much, much, worse. I have no regrets about my purchase.

ALLEX Letter Opener Knife Japanese Stainless Steel 6.7 Inch, Great letter opener...before buying I saw some reviews negatively mentioning its sharpness and such. I think this has more to do with the word "Razor" in the title/description: "Razor Letter Opener Sword Made in JAPAN". Should remove the word "Razor", substitute with "Sleek". Personally, I would remove the words "Sword" and "Knife". I think this gives the wrong impression. For me, a letter opener does not need to be "razor sharp". That can be dangerous having an open blade of such sharpness lying about. It simply needs a nice strong sleek edge. This specific letter opener is about 6 1/2" in total length. The cutting edge length is approx. 3". It's the right size for me. But I don't have overly large hands. The open area in the handle area is not really useful other then for storing/hanging if that's your desire. Mine just sits in a holder with my writing utensils. The stainless steel material is outstanding and do like the angled handle. 5-Stars

This is my 2nd pair of these scissors. My 1st pair lasted for about 3 decades and they never needed to be sharpened. Actually I still have them, they're just a little wobbly. I got the 2nd pair for when they finally fall apart (if I don't die first!). Highly recommend!

I have tried the best Fiskers at 3x the price and these are better.

I have a pair of fluorine coated scissors that are great to cut stickers, adhesive and tapes, but it’s a travel size one and wanted a standard one for everyday usage. So I got both a Fluroine coated one and a stainless steel one. Be aware, they are slim, and even with my child sized fingers, they’re not the most comfortable. Anyone with larger fingers will find these a tight fit. The Fluorine one still does gum up after heavy use, so don’t be surprised about that. Other than those things, they’re great scissors.

This is a second pair as our first went missing at a school PTA event. Great feel in the hand, sharp cutting edging and very satisfying weight. A high quality pair of scissors that are a joy to use.

むかーし勤めていた会社で使っていたハサミで、これが欲しくて2〜3年前から探してました。やっぱり切れ味が良く気持ちいいです。少し重いですが気にならないくらい切れ味がいいです。
