Don't like the smell...
I guess this product works, I was rather put off by the smell. Others described is as a spearmint smell, it smells more like Pepto Bismol to me. I put it on at bedtime and kept smelling it throughout the night. I felt a little of the cool-heat, but not very much.

The cream itself works well, topically, to help ease the pain of osteoarthritis. My only objection is that it has that typical "Ben Gay" aroma, so I am using the product only when I am going nowhere for the day, will be taking a shower later in the day anyway, or at bedtime.

GOOD ONE!!!
This takes the EDGE off my awful pain. SEVERE arthritis of the knee, and have some in my ankle too. Have a. plate and 7 screws there from when I broke it. I like this because it doesn't burn my hands , and can keep one in my purse to use in my car right before I go into a store. What I used previously burned my hands, under my rings, and had to wash it with cold water. THIS is a good one. A win-win.

Doesn't work for me.
I have Osteoarthritis in right knee, sorry but this product could not reach the dull pain I am having in the knee, and relieving it. That's what I am looking for.

Great for joint pain...worth the money
This cream from Spinal Labs works wonders for a person like me suffering from chronic joint pain but it is definitely worth buying.
