Super simple but sturdy bed.
Arrived in such a small box that I wondered if parts had been forgotten, but, once I took it all out and laid it out, confirmed it was all there.Im a bit of a girly nerd when it comes to building furniture and always lay everything out and check against the contents to make sure I have it all, then follow the instructions to the tee, subsequently, I built this bed, alone in less than 20 minutes. (including reading the instructions and counting out the parts) My husband came upstairs to see if I needed help, only to find the bed built, mattress installed and bedding already on.Every joint is number coded and every bolt is the same hex key size (which they provide a typical L shaped hex key as well as a very very handy little racket one) so its an absolute cinch to build.I joined all the sections together and only did the screws up about 90% until I knew it was all square, although the frame is shaped in such a way, that each leg fits perfectly into its matching shape. Initially I thought it was going to be lacking in sturdiness, however, nipping the bolts up to full tight the bed is now rock solid. Yes its lighter weight than a wooden bed would be and moved a little on the laminate floor, but once the mattress is on (which ours is really heavy) it stays put, yet is easy enough to pull forward and back to make the bed. If I wanted it less movable, I could stick a small bit of rug gripper underneath each leg and it wouldn't budge. Its particularly good for small rooms as theres no bulk on the sides or ends, plus you can easily store things underneath. My son has the large plastic Swedish store trofast tubs full of lego and they fit under perfectly. All the slat parts are metal oval tubes, so they may bend (although they seem strong enough to hold significant weight) but they shouldn't break like wooden ones, other than the two centre bars, the rest have nice little brackets they just slot into with a reassuring clunk. .Im planning on buying a nice headboard and fixing it to the wall (not only because there are no headboard holes, but also I find that even on beds that do have headboard holes, the headboards still wobble, by fixing to the wall, the headboard is solid when leaning against it reading in bed)Price has gone up by £24 since I bought it a couple of weeks ago, but even at the current price, its a seriously good value bed.*** it is now over a year since I bought this bed and its still as sturdy as the day I built it even with a teenager hurling himself onto it several times each day. I did have to retighten a couple of the bolts after a few weeks but haven't had to since. Theres no evidence of damage, bending or rusting on any it. I stand by my review that its such good value.

Very happy with purchase
So far this bed frame is exceeding my expectation, excellent price, very sturdy. Very easy to put together, only took about 20 mins. Easy to position in my son’s very small room. Really liked that there are sticky tape on some of the slats to adhere to the mattress. Space underneath is perfect. Appearance looks very smart. Very pleased so far.

A Durable and Stylish Sleep Solution
I recently purchased the Zinus Van Super King Bed Frame (180x200 cm), and I couldn’t be more satisfied with this product.First its Sturdy and Durable. There’s absolutely no movement or wobbling, even during use, which is a testament to its durability.Next Its No Squeaking; One of my biggest concerns with metal bed frames is the potential for squeaking, but with the Zinus Van, that’s not an issue at all. The frame is completely silent, no matter how much you move around on it. This makes for an undisturbed night’s sleep, which is a huge plus.Easy Installation: The assembly process was straightforward and user-friendly. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools were included in the package.Another great feature is the height of the frame. At 41 cm, it provides ample space underneath for storage, which is incredibly useful for keeping extra bedding, boxes, or anything else you need to store out of sight. This added space is a real bonus, especially if you’re looking to maximize the room's functionality. It ticks all the boxes—sturdy construction, silent operation, ease of assembly, and extra storage space. Highly recommended!

Great bed frame
I bought this as I'm short of space in my studio and make use of every spare inch under bed the bed. This frame was the tallest. The assembly instructions are in the wrong order, in my opinion. It is easier to put the long sides together first before adding the legs. It asks you to assemble it in two halves but then I found that it is very hard to put the two halves together. The long sides has to slide into each other and its hard to maneuver it once the legs are attached. Even with this, it is easy to assemble. I like the minimalist look. I thought the mattress will move about on it but it isn't. It's a surprisingly solid bed, it doesn't move, doesn't creek. The only negative point is the middle legs. Should be under the bed but instead it is fixed to the frame in line with the corner legs. I bumped into it a few times but haven't kicked it just yet. But it's coming. And it will be painful.

Solid !!
This bed is amazing. So easy to put up and very sturdy. Tool kit really easy to use as there's only 2 screw sets to assemble the whole bed. Really simple to put up. Frame is very strong and very comfy. I would fully recommend this bed 😊

Durable and Easy to Assemble
The bed frame is a sturdy, easy-to-assemble and doesn’t require a box spring. Made from high-quality material, it provides excellent support and has a sleek, modern design that fits well in any bedroom. The 16-inch height offers generous under-bed storage, making it ideal for those needing extra space. It’s affordable, durable, and easy to put together, though it can be a bit heavy to move. Overall, it’s a great value for anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and space saving bed frame.

Frees up space, doesn't give up much in exchange.
These are only first impressions as I only just installed the platform yesterday. But I am pleased. It frees up a pretty substantial amount of space not having the box spring, which I appreciate both visually (makes the room feel more open) and functionally (makes it much easier to clean under the bed, and can be used for storage).Assembly was relatively painless. I give a lot of credit for them including a ratchet, rather than just the standard Allen wrench, as I found that exceptionally useful. The way the instructions are set-up is unique from my experience, but it worked well enough. All the parts are labelled with numbered stickers, but they don't identify the part, they identify a specific *location* on the part. You line that up with diagrams in the instructions, e.g. that show a 2 and a 2 locking together. It's curious that the numbers are not entirely unique, they are duplicated in multiple places on multiple parts, but with some light deduction you can figure it out. There aren't that many parts to get confused with, and the shapes are sufficiently different. It is a bit confusing that the instructions have letter identifiers for each part, but the parts are not labeled with those letters. You'd have to look at the manual and figure out which letter is which part based on shape, but this is redundant since you can also just look a the shape of the part in the assembly diagrams. Anyways it sorts itself if you take your time. The parts fit together snugly and I have confidence in the strength and stability of the platform. There is adhesive on some the support beams to prevent the mattress from slipping around. That is useful, because otherwise there would not be a lot of friction between the mattress and the metal platform. Though this does make it more challenging to get the mattress in place. It might be easier if you had someone helping you to gently lay the mattress in the specific correct position (as opposed to me, working alone, flopping it onto the platform and then needing to fight the adhesive to adjust it to the correct position).I am happy to be freed of my decade-old box spring, and to have replaced it with something more space-efficient and durable. My cat ripped off the fabric covering the bottom, and amidst the wooden beams and springs discovered an exciting jungle gym for him to bounce around in at 4 am.

Bastante resistente

Well built, easy to assemble.
Really well made. Screw holes lined up with precision. Heck, they'd even cleaned the paint out of the threads. And, get this: instead of just a stupid little alan wrench, which would take hours, they included a ratcheting wrench! Replaced an old box spring with this, and can't be happier! So much storage space, and such a cleaner look. Again, really well built with easy assembly.
