Day one so far it helped
I have a 6yr old who has anxiety and sensory processing disorder among other challenges. He has gone through various phases of licking, biting, chewing on hands and clothes etc. I have tried various chewies and bracelets and none seemed to stick. I bought this one because it was textured and if he can't lick his chin and nose (which he has done to the point his permanent teeth are loose) he will rub his sleeve on his chin until it is raw. He also rubbed his toy lamb across his mouth as a baby and toddler getting the same texture sensory input. He doesn't keep it on all of the time, but said he likes it. I have seen him rub the bracelet across his chin and lips, obviously giving him some sensory seeking he needs to self soothe. Today I sent him to school for the first time with the bracelet and a necklace chewie and he said he didn't have to lick once today. YAY! First off, if I can get anything to get my son to not lick his nose and chin and keep his adult teeth from falling out, I will buy a million. ANYTHING that can help my son get through a very anxious day where he has to transition a between activities and has to deal with loud noises and boredom in a win in my book. The bracelet isn't perfect. It would be great to have it able to size it to fit and take on and off easier. It is also a little pricey for one, but I just ordered two more. He is a very slim almost 7 year old and the xs fits great.

Great fidget
I’ve been wearing it since I got it. The different textures are really nice for stimming, and it looks like a normal rubber bracelet. It is coming apart in a spot that looks like a seem.

Works
It works to help my son stop picking his skin but it broke within a few weeks

It has lots of different texture options.
If you're looking to test out different texture-based fidgets, this is a good start. It has a lot of different varieties so you can start narrowing down the sensations you like best. A good starting point at a fair price.

Awesome for fidgeting or stimming!
This bracelet is great for fidgeting or stimming. The different sections give different sensory and tactile feedback. And depending on how you play with it, it will either be silent or you can create noise feedback. In my experience , the medium size is definitely the correct size for a small to average woman’s wrist. I sincerely wished they came in more colors.

A purchase you won't regret
First I would love to thank a previous reviewer Kathryn Parsons; her review and especially pictures were the deciding factor for me purchasing this product. My 8yo also picks at her skin causing alot of scars. I just received the item yesterday and already it has made a BIG difference in the 'picking' incidents. So much so I just purchased another for my daughter's ankle(she picks at her arms, hands, feet, and legs) so she has the band to pick at instead of her legs/feet. I asked my daughter after her first full day of using it if she picked today, her reply was "yes"; so I asked her where and she pointed to her band(yea, cute sense if humour she has). I was so happy. She stated she likes the raised tall nubs sticking up the most.I have included(because I like reviews with pictures) pictures of the band. Extra small fits perfectly on her arm, she has a 5 inch wrist size. I am glad the maker made this size because the small would have been too big. It is not too big, it reaches her hand without falling off so no worries of her losing it. It is a silicon material and very stretchy but sturdy. There is room for it to move around her arm and still be comfotable. Pink is her favorite color so we chose the pink camouflage. As you will note I have included pics of my daughter's hands and arms to also show the numerous scars from her picking. An even more reason of why I needed a product like this. I hope this review can help other parents out there in choosing a product that will work for them or their child/ren as I have.

Not Well Made
I absolutely loved this bracelet at first. I however only wore for about 6 times at roughly an hour each use. After the 6 hours of use the bracelet ripped in 2 at the seam. I wish it had lasted longer.

Extra small is a great fit or those with small hands/wrists
It fits both my son (elementary) and daughter (middle school), we all have small hands and very skinny wrists so really loved the option to have extra small. We purchased the "small" size but it was on the verge of sliding off and I didn't want my son to lose it on the playground. My son, the picker, loves feeling the texture and keeps him from picking his cuticles and fingers. Will purchase a few backups to keep around.

I like it
Bought this for home use to deal with my skin picking urges. I'm very pleased with the variety of textures. It's exactly what I was looking for. I wish it came in more colors like black. It seems fairly durable for the few minutes I've spent stretching and picking at it. Time will sell for durability.I think the size guide on this is inadequate. Would have preferred they provide a circumference rather than diameter as this is standard for bracelets and easier to measure. My wrist is tiny, like young child sized (5in/13cm circumference). I ordered the small and while I have to stretch it around my hand a little it's still pretty loose around my wrist. Knowing that this stretches a lot, I probably would have ordered the XS personally because I don't like things too dangly.

I love it!
I love this bracelet. I have anxiety and this bracelet helps me keep from doing the leg shaking thing. I like the smoothness of all the little texture zones. The rubber feel reminds me of an eraser from a #2 pencil.

They work!
These bracelets are the first bracelets that I have found that are helping my son with his anxiety! He used to come home from school with his nails chewed up and little bleeding cuts all over his legs from picking scabs. The change was literally instant when we gave him this bracelet. The owner of the company is so wonderful also and provided such amazing customer care.Cannot say enough good things about this bracelet. We also just purchased some of their erasers to try out this school year too!

Not as good as I thoight
This is a colorful bracelet and my son love it. However, it’s broke within a week we received it and I have to request for a new one.I hope this one can stay longer.

This didn't last long or work
This was very small, not durable, and didn't last long. Bought it for my daughter that has a eyelash plucking issue, and it didn't help at all. I know not all fidget items work for all people, but it also started to split and left a rash on her wrist. We ended up tossing it, which stinks because it felt like a waste of money.

Great Product
I’ve been wearing this bracelet since I first got it (it’s been years). I rarely take it off. It is great for people like me with dermatillomania (compulsive skin picking) and it’s also good for sensory issues. There are lots of different textures on it so you don’t have to worry about not liking one of them.Update: my bracelet has unfortunately snapped :(

Great for adult fidgeters too
I'm an adult male with small wrists (6.75"), and the small fits well. I am prone to fidgeting and skin picking, and this bracelet helps me divert that nervous energy into something harmless and discreet, especially when commuting or in meetings, when I'm most likely to fidget. I just ordered a second bracelet for my wife, also a fidgeter.I chose the camo option not because it's my favorite but because it's the least unattractive to me. Thankfully, it's an understated camo and looks quite nice. Like some other reviewers (or their kids), I have no desire to buy a bracelet that matches my skin color - I don't want a bracelet that looks like a prosthesis or some sort of growth on my skin. Fidgeto should consider adding solid color options that are not in skin tones, like black, navy, red, pink, etc. Visibility should not be a major concern, especially with the popularity of awareness bracelets these days.
