Just not Global quality
I have several Global knives that have served me well for over 15yrs. I recently used an Airbnb bread knife that was much better than my Zwilling (i should have looked for that brand).Since I like my Global knives so much I was confident their newest bread knife would be great. I am very disappointed. The blade is too thick and drags when cutting and I don’t like the balance.This was an expensive mistake!

Fantastic Knife
I have the full set in my kitchen and after 35 years of trying many different brands I have came to the conclusion that Global Sai truly is the highest quality knife currently in the market.

Great knife for cutting sandwiches
This is a shorter version of the bread knife. It works wonderfully. Serated edge does not tear the bread, good shape on the grip. The knive is a good size and weight.
