Very good webcam for the price, microphone is far superior to the webcam it replaced. The picture quality is good for the price point and the privacy cover comes in very handy. Overall, we're very pleased with this purchase.Edit: I've changed the review to 2 stars, after a month or two of use, the mic appears to cut out randomly and the video quality isn't as good as initially thought

Nothing to say but it's a quality item well worth it

The video quality is fine, though the field of view is a bit too wide, showing most of the room rather than just the person making the video call and the privacy filter is very stiff to slide. The deal breaker is the built in microphone which is extremely poor. People just can't tell what you're saying most of the time, despite the mic being no more than 2ft away. Changing custom settings in the apps like Teams and Zoom makes no difference.

This webcam was purchased for me by work. It's easy to use and has a clear picture but unfortunately the sound is terrible, really muffled and it's sitting in front of me on top of my monitor. I've tried adjusting settings, no luck. I have to wear my earphones, with built-in mic or use a separate microphone. If this isn't an issue for you then this is a good value for money webcam, but for business use I would recommend spending the extra on something with a quality microphone built in.
