They arrived quickly and I was blown away by the quality. The extensions were soft and lightweight. It doesn’t make your head feel sore or heavy at all, even after wearing them all day. For the price and how affordable these are i was really impressed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on a single set of extensions, and I’ve had every kind and every brand you can think of. This is good hair, you just have to take care of it correctly and use the right products on it. I see a lot of negative reviews on Amazon saying that the hair they ordered isn’t good, or it’s fake, etc. but the majority of the time the people who leave those bad reviews aren’t taking the necessary steps to keep their hair extensions in a good state and essentially they ruin them. DO YOUR RESEARCH on how to take care of hair extensions. There are a lot of products that have ingredients in them that will ultimately ruin the hair — always use a heat protectant, don’t shampoo the hair too often, use QUALITY oils, keep the hair brushed, don’t use sulfates or anything that has parabens, and sometimes even just the water that comes out of your shower head or faucet can be too hard for extensions (the softer the water you have, the better it is for hair).This company was an absolute dream as well. Let me just speak on the customer service for a second. I chatted with them and they replied almost immediately, the girl (or whoever I was chatting with, not sure if it was a guy or a girl lol) was HELPFUL. I mean she went out of her way for me. They didn’t have the length and color in stock in the warehouse she was located at, so she called a whole different warehouse and got me the right color and the right length that I needed. And the hair came in like 2 days. I can’t say enough good things about them. Seriously! I love the hair I bought & the customer service was top tier. 10/10

update: the company reached out to me quickly to resolve the issue not only did they send replacement hair they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this company the hair is soft, and very pretty, like i said before the instal was the best part too. I believe i just had a bad batch and i am so happy with the customer service i received from the company themself.the extensions were easy to instal but one i got them installed i noticed they are shedding really bad ive never had extensions shed like this

Update - December 2022Seller did contact me and sent replacement. Think it was bad batch. Even the tips flattened too easily. Replacement looks good so far. Customer service was great. Also think my email to seller was closed by Amazon prior to them contacting me. Amazon asked if I heard from seller and I said no. Think they closed the request.Purchased June 2022. This is a late review. Bought 2 boxes of itip ash blonde 18". Wasn't sure how many itips we would use, lost some hair from COVID. I read mixed reviews about synthetic hair strands mixed in. . The first box was OK but did have synthetic hair mixed in. I recently opened 2nd box and had all itips replaced to lengthen my hair. This box is large ratio of synthetic stands. They curl like synthetic and smell like Barbie hair all the time. The tips collapsed on 1st install by an experienced hair stylist. I contacted company week of Thanksgiving through Amazon and heard nothing back. Amazon did send me an email to ask if company contacted me and resolved the issue. Haven't heard from them at all.I am taking this hair out and guess I will buy elsewhere.

I have been ordering nano link extensions for years & Youngsee is my favorite. I have ordered numerous times & Im never disappointed. It is soft, great color, & stays in longer than most. I highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised how soft these were. This is my first set of extensions I have done to add some additional highlights without more damage to my hair. They do take a lot of blending to try a make them look natural, especially if you have layered hair like mine. Shockingly easy install and very comfortable. We shall see about longevity. I purchased one pack and half the pack added these fun pieces around my face framing. So one set should last me 12 weeks as I get my hair done every 6 weeks. I do not expect them to hold up past 6weeks. Overall quite impressed on the quality of the product for the price!

I love the quality of the hair, it’s so shiny and soft. I can straighten it and curl it and the hair doesn’t get damaged. It doesn’t tangle. You definitely get your money’s worth.

The color on the left is the Itip-C- #BlondeThe one on the right is Itip-C- #18/613They are beautiful! I’m going to get both colors installed to give variation. If you are worried the #Blonde is going to be too light or fake looking, don’t be! It’s a very natural looking beautiful vanilla light ash blonde color without looking like Elsa. There is no weird yellow tint to the hair to tone out like I’ve had to with other hair. The #18/613 mix is also a very beautiful natural color but if you want a “brighter” look overall I recommend mixing with the lighter one. I love the #Blonde so much I might get another pack so it is more dominant. Will update after I install them!

UPDATE: Customer service reached out and offered to replace the item. There customer service has been great to work with. I am hoping that this was a random bad batch of bonds and these hold up.If I could give 0 stars I would. I had these installed by my stylist and the bonds holding the metal tip are breaking down allowing the hair to fall out. The bead and metal tip are still attached to my head but the hair is gone. I reached out to YoungSee on Instagram and they said to contact Amazon. Amazon said to contact YoungSee. I ordered these but did not install until the before the holidays. It is past Amazons window so they said there is nothing they can do. Horrible customer service I am out the money for the hair and the install.

I installed these myself , having experienced professional hair extensions from salon, these are easy to install yourself . But hair was staticy and on blow drying at low heat, it generated a burning ish odour. It was too good to be true to get a human hair at that price.Update: The seller has contacted me and sent me replacement of the product. The hair looks beautiful and matches my hair colour . So I will use Young See from now on for my hair needs.

I never ever write reviews but I’m genuinely disgusted by the false advertising of this company. I have 3 packs in my hair and have followed the seller’s instructions to a T. I purchased this product to add thickness to my hair as I have hair loss due to a medical condition. Absolutely loved these until the first time they were washed. They have been the WORST experience and it’s been less than a month. The ends of the hairs have melted as if it’s made of plastic, they’re always in a knot even within 10 seconds of brushing them. I spent a LOT of money on buying these and getting them installed and I couldn’t be more defeated. A refund is absolutely necessary considering we’ve been lied to and the product has not performed in anyway as advertised!!!

Tried buying these again thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, used salon recommended products… but sure enough three weeks in and these again are like doll hair. I can’t brush them without broken hair flying everywhere. They Are like dreadlocks. FYI I’ve bought at least four packs of these exact colour and they’re just awful. NotWorth the time and money:(

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased them in 20 inches and in the colour 4 which is very pretty. I did dye them one level darker to a dark brown though. I purchased 3 packs which seems to be enough for a full head. My hair is about 2 inches below my shoulders. The only complaint I have is that the amount of hair at the top isn’t not consistent with the ends. The hair is much thinner towards the bottom. You will need to trim it in order to give it a natural look.I haven’t styled them yet, I will give an update in a few days!
