I'm happiest when my face smells like a forest
Pros:- Smells great! I love the woods and woodsy smells, and this has that. Smells similar to Escape Cedarwood Scent - #1 RATED Leven Rose Beard Oil and Leave-in Conditioner - Best Scented Beard Oil 100% Pure Organic Natural for Groomed Beard Growth, Mustache, Skin for Men - 1 Oz - Jojoba, Rosehip & Argan Oil , yet distinct from it. Must be the Pine.- You may attract women (or men!) who are like-minded and enjoy woodsy smells. Go, you!- Helps keep your beard soft, and looking good.Cons:- Smell subsides quickly. You're not going to be smelling like the woods (or anything at all, most likely) in a few hours. But I think this is standard for all beard oils.- Don't overdo it. If you have a habit of touching your facial hair, and you use too much beard oil, you may end the day with a greasy face. Again, this is not a criticism of the product itself.Overall:I'm not completely convinced of the link between beard oil and beard softness. For example, I've gone without beard oil for days, and have been noticeably softer some days than others. Still, I love the smell and feel overall, and I will continue to use beard oil in the future!

Winter classic
Yeah so I was looking for a pine scented beard oil for winter and the holiday season . I ordered a few different brands , this one is by far the most authentic smelling , it smells like an actual Christmas tree , there's no cologne or anything mixed in this its just raw uncut pine and cedar , the other one I ordered smells like Vicks vapor rub with a dash of pine , this stuff is the real deal , goes great with Burberry London and a lumberjack flannel . Also coats the beard well with a nice shine , if youre looking for perfume this isn't that but it compliments a nice heavy winter scent very well !

Not bad.
I have only just begun use of this product, so I will update in a few weeks with a more in-depth review of the long term effects. For now I will say that it seems to be a decent product. The scent is akin to diving face first into a bag of fresh pine mulch that is immediately noticeable by anyone in the room, but quickly recedes into a light sillage of no more than a few inches. The scent itself starts considerably more pine than cedar, but noticeably dips into a well blended scent of fresh cut fat woods after a few minutes. Once you reach the cool down, the longevity of the scent is exceptional, lasting several hours then slowly fading into nothing more than a wisp of its former self. This particular scent will pair well with strong accords of citrus and green during summer months, or on the opposite side of the spectrum, leather and spice to keep things warm in snowy climates. As for softness and shine, I have noticed an immediate sheen that brings forward a side of my beard that I've never seen before. It works exceptionally to expose the many reds and blondes in my hair and absolutely glows in late-day golden light. I have not yet experienced any significant softening, but it is still the first few days, I'll update more on that later in the month.

Lumberjacks Beware!!! There are no Pines in these Woods :(
What the heck happened?!? I've used this beard oil off and on for awhile. While it lacks some of the more beneficial types of oils (like jojoba and argan), the pine and cedarwood scent are what kept me coming back. However, this will be my last bottle. Either they changed the recipe or are now using inferior pine and/or cedarwood oils because it smells NOTHING like before. I cannot tell what the heck is in this new batch. It's certainly not woodsy!!!! More like bergamot and grapeseed?!? Anyway, if you are looking for a pine, woodsy oil, look elsewhere :(

it'll make you feel like a lumberjack emerging triumphantly from a cluster of northern ...
I don't write reviews often but I'm making an exception for this product. It is one of the few products on the market that really does what it says. Within a week of using it my beard was noticeably softer and it looked much healthier. The pine and cedarwood smell is, in my opinion, very well balanced and not too strong. Don't get me wrong, the smell is powerful (but not overwhelming), it'll make you feel like a lumberjack emerging triumphantly from a cluster of northern white pines after a logging expedition, and the people around you will insist your vocation involves woodcutting of some kind after getting a whiff. I really like this product and cannot recommend it highly enough, in fact I just ordered another bottle in the "Classic Man" scent which I expect will be just as satisfactory. In summation, if you like the woods, america, screeching bald eagles, freedom, and your beard, this is the product for you.

Great conditioner, short lived scent.
This beard oil is wonderful. Facial dandruff has dropped to almost zero after a few weeks of use and my beard is quite tangle free and soft. My one complaint is that the scent wears off rather quickly, only two or so hours. Regardless, it does its job very well in every other regard!

Treat Your Facial Forrest Right
I know what you're thinking; you want to grow out a beard but hate that infamous beard-itch that comes with that dedication. This my boys, is the solution. No, it's better than the solution, it exceeds any concept of a solution and instead transforms your facial hair into a comfortable forest of facial whiskers that, well, smells like a forest. I bought this product looking for something to alleviate my beard itch and potentially make me smell like the adventure of the great outdoors. This product has gone above the call of duty and exceeded my expectations. Here's a breakdown of what you're buying;PROS- Grapeseed Oil conditions your face and whiskers Smells like adventure, lumberjack escapades, and sage advice. Scent stays on for quite a bit, so you'll be smelling like success for hours. Upon application I learned how to play the banjo, throw tomahawks, and call eagles to my side like an American legend.CONS- This smell is not for the faint of heart, it can be a little overwhelming at first but that fades pretty quickly. Costs only marginally more than the competitor (worth it for that freedom scent). Eagles are pretty hard to handle.I would love to get my hands on The 2 Bits Man's Beard Balm in this scent, but I'll save that for the future.

Good Oil
Good oil, not too oily, smells great. Not a complex smell, its basically just pine. But it does the job well. One of the better oils I have used.
