Terrible quality control - right earbud defective - consistantly died after 50-70 minutes
I've tried two "sleep" earbuds (Bose and these) and these were BY FAR the most comfortable. The noise canceling was great and the pink noise was fine. The other "music" was a VERY short loop and not good, but I only really used noise. The isolation was good. The comfort for sleeping was 5 out of 5. I sleep on my side and they never hurt my ears. All of that said, it saddens me to have say the quality control must be TERRIBLE. The right earbud on first set I had died after about 5 hours and the left worked for almost 10 hours. I got an exchange for a new set and the new set was even worse. The right earbud lasted 90 minutes and died - not out of charge, just stopped working. I updates, factory rest, and no improvement. What a shame as these were really comfortable. The Bose earbuds were too big and hurt my ears when laying on my side. But the Bose were really good quality - I guess you get what you pay for.

A MUST HAVE!
I love doing tech reviews and I recently did a review on these over on my YouTube channel "OndaWire" so go check it out. I compare these to the Bose SleepBuds 2 and give all of my pros and cons for these Amazfit Zenbuds. They are a complete win all the way around and they cost almost half the price as the Bose.Pros:1. These are way better than the Bose sleepbuds 2, BY FAR!2. These are smaller, weigh less, and they fit in your ears so much better without any pressure from your pillow when you're trying to sleep.3. .These have a timer, an alarm if you choose to use it, and it also allows you to turn off notifications and ringing on your phone in case your phone was to ring in the middle of the night. I love these features and I am considering getting their watch as well to connect with these sleep buds.4. These don't have noise cancellation but have noise blocking and believe me, they BLOCK out a lot of noise. My neighbor to the left has dogs and my neighbor to the right has like 10 cats and I don't hear anything with these in my ears. These Amazfit Zenbuds are phenomenal.5. The battery life on these is amazing. On a full charge, they will last between 8-12 hours and the case allows you to charge them a few times as well.6. I also love how they put the lights on the outside of the case so you can tell how much charge is on the battery so there's no guessing.Cons:1. I wish there were more updates that allowed you to have more tunes/sounds to listen to. It only comes preset with a limited number but I wish you could add more to give a better variety.Overall I absolutely love these. I am giving them a 5***** and would highly recommend them.

Pairing Issues
The one good thing about these sleep buds is that they are extremely comfortable, more comfortable then the bose sleep buds. But that is the only good thing about them.1. It has terrible pairing issues and a terrible app. If the earbuds disconnect for any reason I cannot get them to connect again without either rebooting the phone or force stopping the app. Unacceptable. This includes going to the bathroom for example, or if the smart function of the sleep buds themselves stop them from playing. Even putting them in the case again does not work. Sometimes it will say trying to connect to the left or right bud, or both and it goes on forever. Having to constantly force stop the app everytime i wake up or go to the bathroom is is not practical for use.2. After using these I can really appreciate the sleep sounds from the bose app. The bose sounds are definitely tailor made for sleeping and the app alone is worth it. The sounds from the zenbuds are almost the opposite. They are horrible for sleeping. There is maybe two sounds that I like. The Pink Noise and the Rain sound. Everything else has sudden harsh sounds that deter me from sleeping. When it comes to the bose sleep buds. I like almost every single sound that app has. almost all 50 sounds are great and feel perfect for what they are designed for.3. The battery on the zen buds do not even last 6 hours. and that is at the lowest volume. That is another problem, the volume control does not work well and it is very hard to even get them low.4. The app does not display the sleep information on the main screen. it says no data, but if I click on the sleep section it will then show all the sleep data from the buds for the week. The app does not seem polished at all. Also the app literally drains the battery from your phone in the background. Part of the problem it is constantly trying to pair. Another problem is that it just eats up battery regardless.5. The case battery is actually another pro over the bose sleep buds. The battery lasts much longer. But the problem with the case is the lights are on the outside and they are super bright if you keep it plugged in and on your bedstand. The other issue I have is they are hard to open, it was very frustrating to open this case while lying in bed i would have to sit up and use both hands and it was still a struggle. And it feels flimsy.I will keep the bose buds and return these. I can't believe I'm saying it but the bose buds are $100 for a reason. The battery life, the seamless pairing and app sounds themselves are worth the extra $100.

Not able to be used and customer service doesn’t respond
Was unable to pair the buds when they were received and got an error msg saying to contact support. Support never responded. I bought a new phone and now they connect but then say the right bud can’t be found, googling this it seems a common issue and essentially these are utterly useless. Buy another brand that might actually work.
