Sadly, I held onto this item for a year without testing it to give as a gift this year, but it had arrived DOA and would not switch on no matter how long it was charged. It's past the return date, so I'm out $150.Update: I contacted the manufacturer to explain the situation, and despite the fact that they were under no legal compulsion to do so, they replaced the massager, sending out a new one with expedited shipping at no charge to me. The new one works great, and has been a boon to the household, helping with a lot of tension issues as well as back pain and plantar fasciitis.

I’m so ecstatic about this product. I have always loved this brand, I buy all the new gym equipment and when I saw this I knew I had to have it. It’s strong but light weight and the speed and pressure it provides is excellent. I recommend this product to anyone that works out hard core and is super sore the next day. Treat yourself but also take care of yourself!

We love this massager but there is one issue we have found in the week we have had this. The outside is metal and the interior casing the screw connects to is plastic. This has caused the plastic portion to strip and become loose. It would be better of it was metal but I can see that may cause a problem with the heat. But overall we love the massager and it works perfect!

This just arrived but upon testing, it seems very powerful and adequate for the job!

My husband has a bad back and this massager has been a big help for him. It really works the muscles and helps loosen them up. I love that it is battery operated and you are not tied to a cord.
