This is a gift to my Mom, she likes the design but the quality does not meet the expectation, seemed the connection did not work well. The alarm does sound loud.

The reason I hate it is that it requires a teeny tiny phillips ...
The reason I hate it is that it requires a teeny tiny phillips head screwdriver to open the back panel to activate the battery. I have not been able to find such a screwdriver, should have just been included for another couple dollars. It might be a good product but..... since I can't open it, I will never know. Not exactly what I had in mind for an emergency situation.

This personal alarm is compact and easy to use. The sound emitted is very loud and piercing and surely would startle and drive away any non-suspecting attacker.
