Very disappointing
I usually do not write a review if an item is no good, being a founder member of the Disney Thumper saying “Don’t say nothing if you haven’t got anything good to say”.Unfortunately, this has to be an exception. Used this item for a swarm of fruit flies. Over the period of a week only one actually got stuck on the sheet. The only reason that I haven’t returned the item is that the sheets are very sticky and useful for sticking things to the wall.

Absolutely rubbish
I disliked the fact that there so called insect catchers are rubbish. Vert easy to use , simply peel off the backing on either side and stick to the surface of your choice, but what’s the point in that when they don’t actually catch anything. Got them dotted around the house due to the weather change and the outbreak of midges . I watch them buzz around ... and the damn midgy is still there the next morning. A week later and not a single midgy or fly caught on any of them. ...... waste of money

HONEST REVIEW
On receipt of these sticky fly traps and before hanging I cut each one into three strips, hanging each strip between vegetable of different varieties growing in my two green houses. These traps work a treat catching more insects than if left in one whole sheet. I can recommend this product.

Brilliant when placed thoughtfully
Depends where you place them. They're brilliant, but you need to think about where flies are going, it probably won't draw them in from across the room but if they get close they're as good as dead. In the same room I put one by the sink, and one by a window. After a few days the sink had captured dozens of annoying flies, and the one by the window just 4.They come with little wires to hang them, but I just used blu-tac

Very useful indoors
They helped a great deal in tackling the the fungus gnats that had spread into 2 large indoor plants of mine. I could see them filling up even as the new you flies hatche$, they got caught almost straight away on their first flight..

Catch fruit flies
I hang them near a light, over the fruit bowl and place on top of indoor plant pots (they are coming from the soil). Work very well and can cut to size.
