HuromHU-100 Slow Juicer Ultem Strainer by Hurom

I have owned my Hurom juicer for 3 years. I have juiced everything from apples and lemons to wheatgrass and kale. I had to replace the strainer that originally came with the juicer when my son put to many carrots in the juicer at too fast a pace and it broke the seals. This new strainer design has worked well and seems to be better made than the first one.I would recommend this juicer to anyone who is a serious juicer and concerned about getting a good extraction with nutrients.

This does not fit the Hurom HU-100 drum bowl that my Hurom HU-100 came with. So now I get to buy a new drum bowl too. Yay!

I purchased the Hurom HU-100 Slow Juicer Ultem Strainer for my Hurom juicer, which i love by the way, so easy to use, noiselees and cold mechanical exelker pressed juice any time i want it! I bought it used at a sale but it needed this fine meshed basket replaced because the original basket had some cracks and a piece missing, due to juicing citrus! Big no no!!! I searched online and Harvest time provided hassle free shipping and return through amazon, so it was a no brainer! The basket came on time as specified and in perfect condition. Cleaning is so much easier now and I can tell i am getting more juice too!

Did not fit and did not use. Decided to modify it to fit my old juicer.

Fit my juicer and was the fine strainer I was expecting. Too bad Hurom doesn't stand behind its products or have replacements parts available. Breaking this part was an expensive mistake.

This was to replace the white/yellow baskets for the hurom juicer boughtin 2009. The company discontinued these baskets and introduced thenew strainer.Unfortunately, for my juicer, I not only have to buy the bowl drum for itto work, I had to buy the strainer. I only needed the strainer (basket).I had several of the yellow and white basket break on the model I had.The company assured me that these new parts are more durable.For the price I paid for this unit, parts should have lasted more thana year. the first basket broke while it was under warranty. I went thru4 baskets before having to pay almost 100.00 for these new parts.DO NOT GET THIS UNIT IF YOU PLAN TO DO ALMOND MILK,IT WILL NOT LAST.

Works perfectly in my Hurom. Lesson to self, due to the expensive nature of this replacement, never use anything but the provided tamper to push veggies down! LOL

I had to replace the strainer in my Hurom after a friend borrowed my juicer, used it incorrectly and cracked the original. Now it's working great once more.
